Bigdaddy, I was just checking out your profile and noticed the shifting comment about your M2. I had the same problem with mine until I heard there was a fix from Buell. I had Tilleys order the parts and install them while the bike was in for something else. You can't really SEE any difference, as I think it's just a different length linkage rod, but it definately made a big improvement. Keep in mind, nobody knew what I was talking about when I asked them to order the parts. I had to insist they check it out, and then everything was cool. Chris |

Hey Chris, I believe (this is something coming from the deep dark zone of my brain) that the fix you mentioned was for the 2001 and was subsequently fixed in 2002 -- I've been way off target before when relying on my memory I'm pretty sure that's accurate though. I will say that the biggest improvement in shifting came after I added Mobil 1 75W90 -- huge freaking difference. You ever ride over this way? If so let me know and we'll go hit the BRP or something. Later and thanks for information. Greg |

Hey Bill, I'm considering a couple of gauges, but to be honest I'm not sure I'm going to keep the GIVI on the M2. It works great, the fit and finish are top notch, but it takes something away (IMHO) from the M2. I just can't decide if I like it or not. If I can work out a deal I'm working in Redondo Beach CA I may just have me a 1995 S2 and then I'll take the M2 back to the stock flyscreen and have the S2 for roadtripping. I'm going to CA later in the week, whenever the Doc tells me I can fly, and if it's all good I'm going to be a very proud owner of a '95 S2. |

ha ha Dave you are funny Since you asked, I use Neutrogena body oil, the original formula, glides on easily to moisturize dry skin, then its sheer, so it vanishes leaving her breasts softer and silkier, with a more pronounced radiant healthy glow, this aids in my quick creation of a pearl necklace On the pipes, I use a different technique, but a similar sliding motion. More work less fun but the results too are spectacular to look at. In this application Mothers with #0000 steel wool works better than the Neutrogena.

Bigdaddy, check my profile pic for a givi screen that is smaller than yours but larger than the flyscreen. It gives good wind protection without looking to big. Kim |

Hey Kim, Thanks for the information. I'm still undecided on which direction I'm going to take the M2. I just need more 'stuff' so I can change it out with the mood of the day. :-) Greg |

Bomber, I'll bet she would--hell, it even makes ME look...well...better. But I prefer my S1 butt-buster to the (relatively)luxurious Ducati. Say, wasn't M. Bomber supposed to be down this way earlier in the year? The Home Minister and I were hoping to treat her to some Texas-style dumpster-diving... r-t |

Tom, if I got her the Duck how would I keep up?? Wait,...I guess I'd have to buy a faster bike. I think I see how you're laying the ground work out for me now. Your a real Bud!! I'll see if she likes black bikes, we may have to buy shoes to match. I'll get back to ya, Bill |

Thang -- she was, and did, but it changed from a reasonably paced business gig to a vert-rep insertion, holler at the customer, mcguire rig extraction kinda deal . . . .. more time in the air than on the ground . .. . the offer put a smile on her face, though! she'll be donw there pretty regular (and may let me carry her bags freom time to time) . . .. . more deatails as they become available |

RT, see what you've started. "We" meaning, I would be most likely paying for the shoes and she would wear them. I think?? Remember, it was the lack of sucking up that got me into this mess and now you think I'm going to buy that Metrosexual bike from you. Think again!! I'm keeping the Heterosexual Buell. |

B2M2: You pay, she wears--that's just the natural order of things--don't try to fight it! And there's absolutely no truth to the rumor that you have to have Italian loafers to match your Italian motorcycle (but it looks simply FABULOUS when you do...) r-t |
