The RS is a gorgeous machine, a rolling work of art, despite what PPiA says! |

My favorite bike of the exhibit, though, just a few steps away from mine. |

Gggnnnnnhhhhh....Baah! Spit! Can't do it. Trying to bight my tongue, but it won't work. The RS is still ugly. Sorry Aaron, but it hasn't improved at all in looks and it probably never will. The Britten however? Definitely deserved the honour bestowed on it as "Motorcycle of the Century". An inspiring creation. Have you watched the video yet? PPiA |

The Aussie has no appreciation of art. That is a GORGEOUS motorcycle. The Britten's appeal is more in the mechanical area. I like them both, and I like the Britten more, it's bold and purposeful and it makes a statement and it's waaaay outside the box. But man, that RS is beautiful. And, the best thing is, I can actually own an RS. I have no chance of owning a Britten in my lifetime. |

Right. I thought I'd ask for an impartial point of view. I covered the text and said "Ingrid. Come and tell me what you think of this bike. Does it look good or not?" "Hmmm," she said. "I don't like that seat thing and I don't like the fairing...." "Yes, but overall, what do you think of the total look of the bike?" "Um, just average I guess," she said. Now that's coming from a professional artist. OK, a singer and dancer, but someone who's been around the art scene for years. I'll rest my case for now. PPiA PS. Have you watched the Britten video? If you haven't, I'll send you a copy. |
