You may not be glad, but this is how it looks like when you are trying to justify the actions of the Ukrainian nazis killed the people. If there are Ukrainian nazis occupied a school building of cause Vladimir shoots those terrorists occupied the school building. Vladimir tried to convince the Ukrainian nazis for 8 years to quit executing the terrorists attacks but they did not stop. Enough is enough. Now he eliminates the Ukrainian nazis. Well, the problem is you give weapon to the Ukrainian terrorists to kill Russians which means you are the next enemy after the Ukrainian terrorists. Another problem is Russia is not going to nuke Ukraine because of there are Russian people, Russia will nuke you to stop you supporting the Ukrainian terrorists. The best thing you can do is to stop supporting the Ukrainian nazis, otherwise you will win a stupid prize. | ||

There are more Russians in New York than those border regions. Despite the long Cold War and the many proxy conflicts, America has been the closest culture to the Russian People than probably anyone else. Both considered nekulturny by the European Aristocracy, both living in a large land mass with rich agricultural and mineral potential resources, both with regional variation of tribes that would be separate, and often hostile Nations in the corrupt and degenerate Europe. Even attitudes on weather are both more diverse and hard core than the effete European. Deserts, huge lakes, vast plains, mountains. There are of course differences. The Black Sea isn't the hot swamp and coastal region the Gulf of Mexico is. Canada has most of the Arctic Ocean coast and permafrost, and Mexico isn't the Himalayan wall blocking moisture. But I grew up in the Great Plains, so I'm used to a "continental" climate of hot summers and blizzard prone winters, much like a Lot of Russia. ( including the amusement at the complaints of folk from milder climates. ) Unfortunately, the Russians over a century ago were conquered by the Worst Death Cult that came out of Europe. Deliberately, by the Germans who wanted to keep from being beaten by Russia in WW1. It's still not settled here if the evil will be resisted, with their infiltration of our schools and government. And there you have the problem that Vladimir the First, Ruler of Russia, is a product of the Fundamentally Dishonest Cult, though, wisely, he has rejected some of the economically most disastrous aspects, that starved so many in Russia and Red China the last century. So when Vlad tells you that school his missiles hit was full of Nazi Terrorists, yet it's only dozens of innocent children murdered by his orders, it's just Another Lie that gives zero credibility to everything else he claims. I'd believe it was just poor accuracy, unfortunate collateral damage in a desperate war to hold off the Ukrainian Cannibal Hordes pushing to take Moscow and eat the succulent children! Except that's so obviously false. Except the poor accuracy part, which ego and face saving Putin's Minions dare not admit. So bombing schools and apartments is blatant terroristic strategy of a vicious, inhumane Aggressor. Every lie, every looted and ruined village on foreign soil is another reason to disbelieve any excuses for starting, continuing, and wasting Russian and Ukrainian lives for the Glory of a Murderous Dictator. So while I, personally, actually understand the tiny fraction of your parroted Agitprop that isn't vile Lies, it doesn't matter. Putin's Actions are not that of a Defender of an Oppressed People. Now, if you want to criticize the Biden* Regime for it's insane and inhumane strategy in Putin's War Of Aggression, we may agree on many things. | ||

New York is far from Russia. Even Ukraine did not show a single killed kid from a school. While there are multiple videos how Ukrainian missiles strike their schools. Show me a single Ukrainian school full of children struck by a Russian missle. But make sure it is Russian missle and not another anti air Ukrainian missle as it usually happens. You are too focused on Putin and ignore the terror the Ukrainian nazis practiced and keep practicing. And don't agree. I'm not a useful idiot who can't distinguish between an Evil, murderous, Fundamentally Dishonest Regime and the oppressed subjects of one. I don't take Russians as a monolithic group of clone puppets, unthinking brutes of low moral character incapable of rational thought. Sure, a lot of the Putin Media qualifies, but that's true in American State Media too. Also seems to be the European common cliche about Russians, but most Americans understand the European Aristocracy are inbred trash, so we don't care what they think. ( I except Scandinavian Princesses, who are super hot, smart, and I wish knew and wanted me.  The Finnish PM! Dang! ) Being capable of understanding the viewpoints of both sides of a conflict doesn't mean I have to agree with either side. But it might mean my opposition to the side of the aggressor who targets innocent civilians is based on rational self interest and moral clarity. | ||

That's all cool as long as you respect other people opinion and do not discriminate them. Unfortunately the Ukrainian nazis did not respect other group of people in Ukraine and discriminated them taking unlawful and violent actions against them and it triggered the civil war in Ukraine. No matter how much you hate Jews or Putin if you will discriminate Jews or Russians there are going to be sequences. After the unscheduled rapid disassembly of the recent Satan II booster, I'm a bit concerned about the results of an attempted nuclear attack by Putin's Rocket Forces, especially after the rumors they took a bunch of techs & guards from the Rocket Forces who had a clue and shipped them to the Kursk region. The odds of an accident that has a thermonuclear warhead in the middle of an expanding shaft of plasma from a booster detonation is fairly low with an American ICBM, but not zero. All our active ( meaning parked in a launch tube and safed ) missiles are solid fuel, which has the problem of aging and developing cracks in the fuel. And Congress is infamous for not funding replacement stuff like new boosters. Otoh, a Sarmat booster is liquid fueled and thats a far more complex and energy rich system with lots of parts to fail and make it not work properly, like this month's test. Even American nuclear scientists in the 1950's didn't get permission to explore the dynamics of blowing up a missile with a thermonuclear warhead on the ground, in a silo field of other armed missiles. Oh, we're pretty sure the warhead wouldn't detonate in such an explosion, after testing one underground to check, and modifying the safety design after, um, one did. But there's a lot of variables in Neutron flux reactions in warheads with different generations of design. A Squib is most likely. We think. But it's not impossible that a failed launch could cause a cascade of detonations and multiple megatons of very dirty Bad Things. It's the kind of thing you want to test, and everyone is a bit afraid to, for obvious reasons. | ||

Yup. Just like they took Afghanistan at all cost after they got tired of the terrorist attacks. Seems like that led to the downfall of the USSR. Hoot, thank you. Here I was operating on the assumption that Russians were a diverse people with minds of their own, victims of Putin's War as much as the dead in Georgia and Ukraine. A people that should be freed from their tyrant. Individuals with hopes and thoughts of their own.
