ABC won, that's who. As expected, the moderators saw to it Trump lost, and Kamala looked smarter than she is. I predicted this could happen. Kamala was better than most gave her credit for. Her ability to lie with such ease is scary... Trump is foolish to keep walking into the lion's den and thinking he can walk out with the lions pelt. Many weren't mailed. This isn't just a fact check. It's a long time legal issue. The U.S. Postal Service is a legal form of communication. Despite a very few employees that violated Federal Law and destroyed mail, it's the ONLY verifiable legal way to communicate official notifications and documents. Other than actual process servers. And any employees of the USPS that violate the law in delivery, are subject to both Federal Prison and certain loss of their jobs. Seriously. A USPS employee can get away with doing drugs, or assault, or any number of criminal acts, and the Union will do their best to smooth things over. Rehab, counseling, whatever it takes. Take mail home and throw it in the garbage instead of delivering it? You're paying your own lawyer to defend yourself in court, and out of a job, with the Union and Management United. It's a felony crime to disrupt the Legal System. Example. You owe the bank money on a loan. They can call, text, email, and it's not legal notification. There's no law that says you have to answer your phone, no law requiring you to read your internet conveniences. You don't even have to open your mail. But if you get a Registered Letter, you can sign for it and you've verified receipt. You don't have to read it, you got the document. Or you can refuse to sign, and you've verified you've been notified that you've been informed. That's not true with FEDEX or UPS or smoke signals. Not legal communications. Thus any ballot that hasn't passed through the Literally Hundreds of Years Old Legal communications system, has no provenance. No legal chain of custody. Zero legal reality. Fraud. Unverified fake. This is my Disgraced Former Governor. He resigned. In Disgrace. Not for the 14-15000 dead elderly who were needlessly exposed to Covid-19 under his Executive order, unfortunately, but because the train of blame was on the tracks and he was accused, credibly, by multiple staffers, of sexual misconduct. Personally, I have mixed opinions on the sexual issues, I easily believe he's a horndog who doesn't believe the rules apply to him. The accusations are probably credible. But the timing on the "resignation to avoid a distraction" of a guy angling to run for President, ( If Only Joe* would get out of his way ) are impressive. Run away before the hammer falls. Strikingly like some other now famous Governor who resigned a job just before he got shipped to Afghanistan. Not relevant, except Party and ambition. Legally, normally, a mayor/governor/prez, can't be sued, or convicted, of any non-criminal policy actions. Cover ups, that's a different matter. He's right to live in some fear. I infer from the lack of dead politicians that there are only a tiny tiny fraction of people who fit into the categories of angry at injustice, willing to sacrifice their lives for vengeance , & competent to do so. I'm not complaining, as we saw in Butler PA, that Vengeance can be for real wrongs, or for lying hate propaganda. In fact, that Harvey Weinstein is still breathing tells me the number of righteous vigilante actions is incredibly rare.
