Not as many Buells (so far) as I expected. I saw a Blast, a "Rock Lobster" (1125CR), an X1 Lightning and a couple of Firebolts. Surprised I don't see more. Let's see what happens the rest of the week.

$11,000 is about as high as it can expect to go. Might by "worth" a lot more, but unless a rabid fan comes into a bunch of money, it won't sell for much more.

$32,000. That's a lot of change. Maybe it was bike the bidder dreamed about having years ago but could not afford at the time.

I'd be surprised to see that Ghost Rider cosmetic study sell for over $11,000.

The S2 looked enticing. I'd put it a $5,000 - $6,000.

Tough to put logic on some things . . . . Last year I found my first guitar . . . snagged it and it just came home, after 57 years . . . from spending 6 months at Gibson Restoration and now joins 50 others here in the museum as a basically brand new (we left the cosmetic flaws and all the years of being beat up untouched) guitar.

Logic plays little sense in all this . . . . I've learned from collecting Porsche and MG's.

The amazing thing to watch was how much those little 50cc bikes went for. You could buy a brand new Grom complete with warranty and have change left over for what people were paying for those little tiddlers!!
