I definitely don't want to be 'that guy' because I do not have the means - nor desire - to dabble in auctions and I feel that they erroneously inflate local market asking prices, but I wanted to see if the upcoming Mecum auction in Lost Wages had any Buells - interesting or not. From the Email link I searched and it returned 6 Buells being auctioned with two more interesting ones: First, we know American Sport Bike Al had a hand in the creation of a handful of these: 1999-buell-lightning-ghost-rider-bike But mainly this S2 caught my eye. Sure, it looks a bit ratty, but look at that front dual disc setup: 1994-buell-thunderbolt Maybe I will see how they fare, maybe I won't, but I sure won't be bidding.
