All I know is that this last week I caught the Covid crap. It was equal to the flu. Tired and achy a couple of days, clogged up lungs and sleeping a lot. I'm glad there are meds to speed the stuff along. The clogged lungs have killed many. The human idiots need to stop weaponizing and making animal diseases transferable to humans. | ||

Covid Over? Nope! The insane fear mongering is fading slowly, but the virus that the CCP/Fauci/NIH have gifted the planet with is here to stay. My sister and brother in law just got it. ( yes, they were multiple boosted ) Mom just got her "new improved! With Omicron!" booster. If your genetics doesn't react badly to the experimental vaccine, like my buddy's wife's family, ( 2 sudden fatal strokes ) AND you've got a compromised immune system, consult your doctor. Myself, I had no bad reactions, but am done playing Russian roulette with this one. ( and I'm high risk for the original virus and early mutations, but the new mutants seem to be .... But Intelligence Agents, Congresscritters, and, say, a President, that are closeted and hide that part of their life are prime targets. And it HAS happened. I don't know how to change the cultural taboos that would help gay & bi Hispanics & Blacks get out of the multiple hazards of living a lie. It sucks. Rant On! I wonder if some of the deaths of unknown cause are from the stress of wearing the masks. You aren't getting as much oxygen and it creates stress on the body. If younger people were participating in sports with masks on,this makes the problem worse around the age groups doing strenuous activities. | ||

Stress from wearing a mask? Perhaps. I'd bet not being allowed to do outdoor recreation under penalty of prison, and delivery fast food, leading to obesity and heart disease, is sufficient to explain a lot of excess dead. Mask mandates absolutely have given us a slug of children with cognitive impairment. Kids that missed the important time when they learn to interpret visual face cues and learn social behavior. Much like languages have a narrow age window beyond which they have a much harder time if they learn at all. Ever. Coupled with the Regressive Indoctrination in schools and media, we have a sub-generation created that will lack empathy, communication skills, and be not just ignorant, but hold emphatically wrong notions of how reality works. I really doubt mask mandates, per se, are going to given us a surge in psychopaths and sociopaths. But the total of the Teacher's Guild actions in pursuit of political power, ( as their leaders openly said, it's not the kids, or education, it's Power ) absolutely has the effect of creating a wave of future Brownshirts that will die and murder in mass numbers, while blaming their victims. Not long ago some complained that the change from a Liberal Arts education to political indoctrination meant the young won't be capable of supporting civilization and the economy that allows the old to live in retirement. If 2+2=4 is Racist, then engineering is gone. So is the ability to discern lies from the self appointed Elites. ( that's a major point, after all ) Today, it's those kids robbed of a normal childhood, that will be the near future eager informants, flash mob weapons for evil propaganda sellers, and vote to euthanize their parents to save the Holy State money and their Masters from questioning and opposition. And they don't even get a cool dagger to carry. The lockdown mentality, aka Obey Or Die, is a slightly more immediate problem. The "poster child" visual is the paddle boarder alone off an empty California beach being intercepted by a Coast Guard boat and arrested. I've talked to hang glider pilots forbidden to do a sport that literally involves getting as far away from other people as possible by soaring solo far above any crowd or viral infection. Obey or be destroyed, question and be cancelled, Thou Shalt Have No Other God But Me, attitudes by politicians and bureaucrats, don't deserve respect or obedience. Too bad tar is so expensive, and feathers so tightly regulated. Of course, it's possible that reading Kipling and Homer, Asimov and Heinlein, have interfered with my genetic programming booster drug. | ||

The bottom line is, except for political screaming and authoritarian destruction, the Covid-19 plague is now expected to act like the genetically modified biowar infection it is. The New, Extra, Common Killer Cold. Everyone will get it. Most already have. Some repeatedly. ( just like colds ) Some, perhaps Most, will either barely notice, or shrug it off after the obligatory posts of "worst I ever felt". Anecdotal! But factual. MY friends who had Alpha ( probably, it was before test kits ) and Delta or Other, ( tested positive, but not for version number ) are unvaccinated. All my friends who have caught the newer strains are vaccinated with the mRNA drugs. ( tested positive ) I have a buddy in the experimental testing ( now approved ) of the "moth protein" vaccine, who hasn't had any signs of Pooh's Breath, or side effects. ( except me singing in a girlish Japanese voice...
