It is interesting to see folks wearing masks where the almighty Govt doesn’t require it and the nose is exposed. It is as if it is some primitive talisman that wards off the mysterious floating death. Watching college basketball games on TV, all the fans’ mask wearing styles is also interesting. Do the masked ones really believe that it protects them from the screaming unmasked maniac next to them if he was “infected”? | ||

I plan to wear one when they are Forbidden. For political reasons. ( sheep, wolf, sheepdog. "Hi Ralph" ) "Also, come April First, I will feel free to laugh & point at nose exposed & neck beard mask wearers. "If you're doing mask theater, do it right!". " Actually the above is what I now tell clerks/tellers/etc. Aloud when I'm next in line behind "stupidly poor maskers" SPM. Come April 1st, it may be Thursday, or whatever near future date needed to make the joke work. And I do it where the SPM can hear me. It's Your Choice. It always really has been. You could Chose not to go into stores or offices where the Governor whim'ed it mandatory. ( If you have nothing to hide why do you fear surveillance? ) File comment in red under extreme sarcasm and mockery. It's not the choice at whim'ed locations like medical buildings and government agencies. Unless you're the Elite. The Law doesn't apply to them. Ask Jeffrey Epstien. So I don't argue at the Doctor's office. We mock the Elite. ( everyone joins, it's funny ) Again, your Choice. I won't mock fearful wearers. Unless they are SPM. Then they deserve it. Or in other terms... You want to improve the world? Get the Sheep to stop being compliant little whores? Then yelling, anger, won't work. Humor, mockery, shock, might in a minority of cases. Btw, I DO, in fact, follow science. Many years ago a study was published ( UCLA? one of the Cal State schools) on UV causing skin cancer in rats. Understand, grad students need to publish. Gathering data by experiments is expensive. You have to feed the rats. So students take the mass of raw data from existing studies and look for paper material. Cal State had ongoing rat/cancer studies. ( California causes cancer in rats! ) What shook out of the data was that rats closest to the fluorescent lighting ( which emits UV ) had a much higher rate of cancer than rats in lower or shaded cages. Thus, a minor paper! But you had to dig to get the underlying Story. These were cancer studies where you expose rats to potential cancer causing agents. Shave their backs and rub on makeup, or engine oil, or... Logical, basic, standard. Buried in the footnotes was a comment that the students were not allowed to Question the validity of the Overall Study, paid for by Government Grants. Nope, don't do it! But feel free to blame/condemn the lighting. So the truth that the testing produced cancer in rats even if they weren't exposed to the tested chemicals, thus invalidating or altering the results, was actually an important work of actual science. Even if it wasn't allowed to interfere in the Important Funding, or embarrass the School's pros. Follow up studies, to determine errors in what causes cancer ( EVERYTHING ) just don't get funded. And that's WHY so many bottles that have on the label "this product was shown to cause cancer in California" or words to that effect in the fine print. ..exist. Btw, used motor oil and trichloroethelene, probably really are bad for you. Even in Colorado. | ||

Science. The real thing. Will a cloth mask stop a virus, or poison gas? Nope. Paper mask? Nope. N-95 mask? Not unless you wear it right and only the larger viruses, utterly useless against poison gas. Also, the N-95 mask poses a significant health risk as it can lead to excess CO2 levels/low O2 levels, requires continuous extra effort to breath through to maintain safe levels of O2, and this is So well known that OSHA requires a physical checkup before you're allowed to work all day in one in the job. Ok, how about the Rascal suits like sci-fi movies show in biowar labs? Nope. Unless you follow ALL protocols of sealing, removing, wash downs, etc. And the only movie I've seen that comes close to showing how, is The Andromeda Strain. Briefly. Heck, I had to TAKE A CLASS ON REMOVING GLOVES before I got certified to drag your bloody carcass out of a burning car. Admittedly it wasn't a Long class. And later an EMT showed me how to do it better, after decades of practice on her part. Are these masks useless? Nope. By slowing the speed your nasty germs travel away from your face, they reduce risk of infection. Reduce. Eliminate is fantasy. Masks help A Lot with spray from coughs or sneezes. Duh. Conclusion. Are masks useless? No. Effective? A little. Theatre for mind control? Sure! Unnecessary most of the time? Yes. IM not so HO, there are A few places I would recommend masks, cloth/paper/full face helnets/hockey.. ( with filter if allows straight shot at nose or mouth ) Hospital waiting rooms. Airports, and Airliners. ( not in a Piper Cub or unpressurized light 2-6 seat GA airplane ) To make a political statement. Airliners are a special case of lies and myths. The Lying Sacks will pontificate how wonderful the air filtration is. Bull. The ONLY filter is on the intake of the bleed air section of the engine ( If turbine powered ) that feeds into the cockpit & cabin. They might stick paper filters into the ducting but that does nothing except slow flow into the rear cabin through the vents. ( giving more fresh air to First Class up front. ) Air then flows through the cabin, front to back, and overboard through 2 valves in the rear cabin ceiling that maintains desired pressure. ( 2 for redundancy, because if they jam shut, the cabin bursts like a balloon. ) Every one inside is in the same tube. Air flows front to back. And to save fuel, only enough to meet minimum regulation on how much the cheap seats are suffocating. Ask any "Attendant/Stewardess". Seriously. I have smoked cigarettes just outside the door at O'Hare & Daytona Beach with the crew, who give big sighs of relief at finally getting some fresh air! With, ironically, wafting unburnt Jet-A and a sudden cloud of tobacco smoke. Since 2001, passengers have had to walk all the way to the front door at O'Hare, and off to one side are the Crew shuttle pick up, where you can hear the same thing today. Less Jet-A, more gasoline fumes. | ||

Gee, you'd think it was designed to be that way. I really don't think SARS-COV2 was a deliberately released bioweapon. If it was, then nothing should stop taking revenge on the guilty, if only to stop the next one. Including blowing Xi's jet out of the sky ( assuming it was him ) and denying it. Nuking Bejing? Not so much. If Fauci? Well one of my ancestors was among the last to be sentenced to being drawn & quartered. But that's not our tradition, here. Prison for life without parole. No... I think it was carelessness. Callous indifference to the risks by Fauci. We have his emails. But, if you WERE designing a test plague, then one that kills the old and not kids, would make sense. Both Xi & Cuomo are perfectly happy killing off pensioners to steal more wealth. Airborne, fast spreading, and not so deadly it would bring the World's wrath immediately? Rather convenient. Regardless of origin, the actual known actions of Xi & Fauci deserve prosecution. Dr. "I am Science" for systematic lies and not just CYA, but tyrannical bad guidance. Xi for deliberately spreading the disease by shipping people world wide after he knew and shut down internal travel. There are no doubt others. But I wouldn't hold my breath. | ||

Which is very fortunate for us, since it turns out that the mRNA vaccines caused humans to shed microscopic nanoparticles that mutated house flies to the size of dobermans. And my Winchester stock has skyrocketed in value as their new auto tracking pest control turrets are a major status item for outdoor gatherings. | ||

Chuckle. I can't remember if I mentioned it on this forum or not, but I had chest pains back in late January. Had a nuclear stress test done a couple of weeks ago. Go in tomorrow for the results. Pretty sure I'm mostly okay, but we'll see. All of that to say, if I get some mutated form of COVID-19 and die, it will very likely be due to preexisting conditions. | ||

Actually, I'm amazed that we haven't had a million plus casualty event before from genetic engineering.
