2 related Facts, afaik. 1. The high mutation rate of the class of viruses including the Common Cold has prevented a vaccine to be developed that would prevent Colds. They can, and have, tested vaccines for specific strains. There are complex alpha-numeric codes for strains to classify/keep track of the mutants, but basically the vaccine companies start with "the Cold Bob had Tuesday ( date )" and cultured/processed a vaccine to prevent it. Tested it on volunteers , ( but not Bob, who is immune ) who then developed immunity to the Bob/Tuesday strain. Unfortunately there's also a Mary/Wednesday strain ( maybe from 3 weeks later ) the the Bob/Tuesday vaccine was a bit helpful to prevent, but not close to 100%, and the effectiveness goes down as the mutations accumulate. The Carol/Sunday & Morris/Monday strains as they diverge from Bob/Tuesday are even less protected against. ( the Alpha/Wave 1 vaccine available to you for "free" is 73% effective against Beta/Wave 2 etc. ) Thus there is no useful vaccine for Colds. This isn't News. Pretty sure this was pointed out here 20+ months ago. ( maybe by me ) The Covid-19 CCP bioengineering Plague, is a cousin, so to speak, of a Cold. Thanks to your tax dollars it's the Bruce Banner after the Gamma rays version. ( although with the Bat virus genes I might better choose a DC villain, ) So every problem with creating a vaccine for a Cold applies to CCP-plague-2019 aka the Wuflu. I'm not happy that the available vaccines are imperfect at overcoming the problems, but encouraged that they actually work better than the pessimistic predictions. 2. We now know that If you survived the CCP-plague-2019, that your immunity is BETTER than The vaccinated, apparently because natural progression of the virus is through the mucus membranes of the nose and throat. Thus cells are programmed there to fight the virus, that seem not to be produced by the vaccine. The Cause of the difference in protection is still preliminary, but the Results are Fact. 2.5 Immunity to Wave 1 doesn't necessarily give you immunity to subsequent waves, no matter if you are infected and recovered, ( Naturals ) or immunized by vaccine. ( experiment subjects ) Just like The Cold. And just like The Cold you no doubt know The guy/gal who gets and suffers ( loudly ) through every strain ( and management complains about sick time ) and The annoying one that "never gets a cold" and blows germs all over the office infecting everyone. The ones who actually never get Colds seem to not brag about it. Hmm. My conclusion is "If you have naturally acquired immunity" there is no apparent advantage to getting a vaccination and Only risk of potentially fatal side effects. | ||

A plan for early intervention and using readily available drugs, to keep the numbers that NEED to go to a hospital down, is SOP for pretty much every disorder in the planet, except Strokes, and even then you are told to take a freaking Aspirin Immediately as the Ambulance races to come get you. If you think it's good that the plague is slowing or fading. I'll also point out that since you KNOW the politicians are lying about how bad things were last week/year/Administration that a big drop in cases report from lying sacks is almost certainly itself a self serving Lie. And Everyone eventually will be exposed. Can't even hide in Antarctica. Side effects of the Spike Protein based vaccines especially in younger adults may make it unwise if you are under an arbitrary 50? I wouldn't risk it with Children. I still recommend old at high risk folk get ANY vaccine but that advice will become obsolete once Everyone has been exposed and we should be getting there soon. You might want to hold out for a Not-Spike vaccine today. I took the Spike version, no problems. I'm holding out for my next shot for Non-Spike tech version. A close friend says there were 2 deaths from strokes in his wife's family after getting vaccinated. And at least 2 before 2019 had strokes, so it might not be related. But it might! His wife's Doctor recommended against getting The Spike Protein shot because of inflammation issues. And, yes, she and her husband both got, and recovered from Covid-19. She drives School buses, so, like Teachers, get exposed to EVERYTHING. There is no sane reason for them to get vaccinated now. And multiple reasons not to. The problem is that the Anti-vaxxers jumped on the Paranoia Express being pushed by the exploiters of fools on both sides of the Political spectrum. So their claims of mass death from vaccination are suspect. Although... if I was a clever Panic Exploiter, I'd be encouraging the obviously crazy anti-vaxxers to spread lies about vaccines to make my lies more credible. To be clear, the mRNA vaccine technology being tested in the massive non clinical trial over the whole planet... Is still in the waiting to see what happens stage. Hideous mutations, zombie apocalypse, mass delusion that Fauci Is Science, are still concerns that we don't know, yet, are possible. But after a year, only the last one seems to be a problem. But the choice to use the Spike Protein as the easy to differentiate trigger for immune response seems highly problematic. And if, as rumors ( see link above ) indicate, the Gain of Function bioengineering of Covid-19 and the Spike vaccine were parallel/combination programs, things may get Interesting in the Chinese Curse sense. I HAVEN'T FELT THIS GOOD IN A LONG TIME!!! I just told A-Basin ski area to pound sand on a five figure project to make them benches and cabinets for new on mountain restaurants. I met with them three months ago to look at the project and said I do it, but a lot has changed in those three months including: my wife getting fired from Vail Resorts (even with a very valid medical accommodation), our car was rear-ended and totaled (couldn't be a worse time to buy a car), and I found a clock to punch (since my wife's new job was a huge pay cut), so I really don't need the work now. I told them I wouldn't do the work for them because of their policy to require shots for all employees, no exception and no testing. I said it was MY POLICY to not do business with companies that require that. MAN I FEEL FRICK'N AWESOME AND EMPOWERED!!! In our resort community it will be really, really difficult for them to find someone to do that kind of custom work. KARMA IS A BITCH, but I feel great!  | ||
