This is a serious, money quextion. I have taken a new job, and mainly, M and I cannot take the risk of attending this show. It will be Los Lobos, with Steve Earle and The Dukes opening, at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium. The Mother Church of Country Music. Monday, August 30 at 7:30PM. Sec. MF-3, Row W, seats 11 and 12. Two tickets... to a BUCKET LIST show. Although I had already seen Steve Earle and The Dukes years ago here in Knoxvegas. I have also bought the ticket insurance through Allianz. I have NEVER had to do this, nor anything like it. And I cannot TELL YOU how much I HAAAATE to do this. I had written Los Lobos to request that they sing a song... por Danirza, their choice of a wedding related song en espanol, Dominican Republic flavor. It will be the Monday before we are to be wed on September 4. So much for well-laid plans. F#$CKballs. Whomever can help, please do. I wish to unload these tickets, and either recoup my $$$ or certainly make some rain, as with a wedding coming VERY soon, I could definitely use any extra simoleons available to me. Help me, my Badweb fandamily. Needing some love here. J. Brad Hardin |

You can sell the tickets on Ticketmaster’s site. For a fee. Or you can sell them privately and transfer them for free. Don’t expect any help from Ticketmaster. Their customer service is nonexistent. Try calling. Prepare for frustration, as they do not have a phone. I have never bought insurance, so I can’t offer any advise other than to attempt to cancel via their terms. |

Yeah, Hoot. So far even the robot hasn't spoken. Well- at any rate, I have insurance. Bought long before the new COVID spike. I believe the ethical thing to do is use the insurance, as it only cost me $16 and change. yay. |

Better than getting screwed. TM recently canceled a VIP package I bought and replaced it with another. They said I could buy the new package and get a refund for the original. So I bought another package, 4 tickets, 4 passes. They refunded the old passes but not the old tickets. Now I have 8 tickets. Bastards are so hard to get ahold of, they said the refund period had passed. There is no way to talk to someone. Closest you get it a chat bot, which is not a person. You can send a message via their site, but they just tell you to off. I was going to put them up for sale on TM, but I wasn’t about to pay them yet another fee. I found people to give them to. Out several hundred bucks. Wish there were an alternative to TM. |
