Better late than never. Staying at Blue Ridge, GA with extended family for a few days. The rain disappeared for today. Made it to TWoS this morning and did the loop including Wolfpen Gap. First time having the EBR here.

Well it looks like I'm out. Just got notice that my 45th class reunion is Oct. 2nd. My best friend is going to make it even though he just lost a leg from diabetes. He told his doc that he wants a prosthetic with multiple feet so he can kick more than one ass at a time! Yeah, he's crazy but you can't take him down! I'm trying to get my brother to go down without me. I told him youins were a bunch of nice guys to hang around with. I know, I shouldn't lie like that! I doubt he'll make it but he needs to get out! He's got a beautiful blue 09 Uly, he needs to ride it!

Thanks. It's been a long time coming. I'm so happy. It still feels like I'm in a vacation house, well until I look at the motorcycles on the porch. I still need to figure out the garage situation. I realized a few days ago that I'm now 15min or less from most of the places that I use as my PC background pictures.

Just saw a post from Jay at Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground. He said the flooding from TS Fred tore out the main bridge to the campground as well as many of the cabins and some other buildings on the property. Sad news.

The area across the street from Jim's, the putt putt course is underwater. Jim's is fine though.

Drove back from MI yesterday, 14 hours in the rain. I'm still tired.
