Which makes me wonder why they take unskilled white people if there are skilled black people? Because we are not seeing any skilled black applicants, we have even offered to take semi skilled trainees several were black allow them, time to develop their skills while they worked, we had 2 promising black candidates who chose to work at some thing else. One notable exception. Too many moving violation traffic ticket convictions was a disqualification. Felony drug conviction? Served your time? Good enough. 3 speeding ticket convictions in 5 years? Go home, we don't need you. Can't read or drive? Go home... Immigrant from Cambodia or Congo? Who cares?
