Yes, I am asking if there are anyone on the badweb, that have a Honda XR650L? I just got one on craigslist. It is a lot of fun! Am I the only one? |

I considered one before purchasing my DR650SE. A little too out dated (and tall) for me. They do look nice. |

In 05 I had a check in one hand and my helmet in the other on my way to buy one of those 650 bikes at a Knoxville Honda dealership. On a Monday they were closed. Who knew? HD/ Buell was half a block away so I checked into a City X. I have had 3 XL 250R bikes. Still have one in a shed somewhere. I rode a TT 500 that I made street legal back in 1979. Short tripping was fun. I could do 80 mild trips 1/4 on pavement the rest on dirt. Much fun. |

I had a 1984 XR500. Easy to wheelie, lots of torque, would climb anything. I got mine street legal for turkey runs. A little big for trail riding, but FUN. |

I used to have an XR650L... let me see if I have a pic somewhere.... This pic is before I put the big plastic desert tank on it. Never.... EVER... should have sold that one. Currently, I have a KLR650 in the garage. It's great... but that XR was a marauder in the city and on the trails alike. |

I am very impressed how fast this bike is in the twisty's. I am thinking of turning it into a Supermoto.
