Looks like a day of reckoning is finally near, the guy got a second DWI arrest (public record) and now they are trying to salvage what they can to keep him from having two DWI convictions (a felony in NY). Talked to the DA the last two days and I'm feeling kind of cheated. Going to be at court on Thursday at 5:30pm, if anyone is in the area and wants to come in support of me and mine, PM me and I'll give you the details. Roughly the center of the state in a town court. Sorry too lazy to bring up the first thread, I know it will have archived by now.
