I have a simple question, is Kim Jong Un, using the same tailor as President Trump?

Black = slimming. All I see are two very clearly not overweight people. |

Because you can do so MUCH with a black suit. Or a pinstripe suit. (You will note...they do NOT match each other). But, if you want to troll for reasons to dislike our President, I guess you'll grasp at whatever straw you can find. |

Trump's isn't even black, it's navy blue. Any reason to believe they share a tailor? But, if you want to troll for reasons to dislike our President, I guess you'll grasp at whatever straw you can find. |

I think they are ok on suits . . . .it's always a tough call. I'm in a weird spot going from Lineman's boots and a flight helmet one day to a Brioni suit and Hermés tie the next as I transition from energizing a new power plant at the same time we're starting legal work on the next 80 mile transmission line. One thing is for sure . . and common to both ends of my wardrobe spectrum . . . if you don't feel good in it . . you won't perform well. Nothing I hate more than boots that don't fit, socks that don't cushion, a shirt that binds or a suit that feels tight in the shoulder. I think they both did great . . . one thing is for certain . . . and it seems the ability to acknowledge this is related to political predisposition . . .but they are making the very history that folks have been unable to for 68 years. We've been through a litany of "talkers" . . . Trump, love him or hate him, is a "do-er". I suspect he's done more to protect Bejing and Baltimore than he is getting credit for as folks, obsessed with his style, are blinded to the content of his actions. Just a thought . . . . |

In spite of the apparrent snipe, I was intrigued by the outcome. All the talking heads indicated that Trump would likely "overreach" and give away the store to have some sort of agreement to distract from the "really important" kabuki theater staring Cohen. Instead, he pulled up camp and left the talks earlier because they weren't going well. We weren't getting what we needed from the fat dictator. (Message edited by ft bstrd on February 28, 2019) |

If you look back at history...most of our accomplishments were under presidents who, by today's (or any, really) standards were...brash. Decidedly un-PC. Rogues. Y'know...all that "toxically masculine" crap that we're SO afraid of these days. Fact is...it gets shit done. Ass-kissing and bowing to PC whiners....doesn't. |

I don't care if they share the same tailor but I'm really glad they don't use the same barber. I don't understand it. Kim has killed generals, and even close relatives but he lets his barber live! |

He regulates the hair industry to make sure no one can get a better cut than him. His haircut is indicative of his management skills. The cronies have to sooth his ego. If the king is naked they won't tell him. I don't think he is comfortable enough to let his country be great. The awakening would be the end of him. If done correctly, it would seal his posterity. I just don't think that is of any value to him. So, how do you get him to sell his' soul? How do you sooth that ego? |

Un's hairstyle is specifically prohibited for typical North Koreans. It is not on the approved haircut list.

I'm not a fan of either of their barbers. Trump's suit, I would wear. Un's suit, simply isn't an American style. I really can't see where anyone could draw a parallel. Trump has already accomplished more on this front than I have seen in my lifetime. It may go no farther for a very long time, but he has made great strides in the right direction. Of course, there is the possibility that they actually come to a resolution. Trump is a do-er. That requires risk of failure. Some like to point to Trump's failures. He has had many pretty impressive successes along the way though. His political career is little different. |

That requires risk of failure Which is exactly what the Left is trying to eliminate from society. By offering "free" everything and taking away all risk of failure, they will - by extension - eliminate all do-ers (and thus, any threats to their climb to power). |
