https://www.touchstonemag.com/archives/article.php ?id=31-05-036-f Liberalism was a great force for freedom and logic at the founding of our nation. I'm not sure that Gnosticism is more than the Me, Me, Me, adolescence of rejection of parental authority, but it's impossible for me to tell the difference between cults of personality of modern Prophets in fields like Academia and Economics. Perhaps intolerance for other viewpoints and refusal to measure the objective results of The Holy Prophet's belief system blinds me to the beauty of their visions. There may be rubies in the murky blue sludge in the overturned porta potty, but I don't care to sift for them. |

http://thefederalist.com/2016/04/22/why-conservati ve-women-are-so-pretty/ Why? Because they are unashamedly themselves. Why are hate distorted Progressive women so ugly? Because hatred will spill over into every aspect of their lives. They scream at statues of long dead Civil War soldiers? They'll scream at you. At their own children. But that's picking very low hanging fruit for an example. Too easy. Sexual predators, pimps, unscrupulous horndogs, all week out women with Daddy problems. Be the opposite of her dad, permissive when he's authoritarian, authoritarian when he's permissive, smooth when he's rough, etc. Then you get laid. The long term chaos and heartbreak don't matter to a male slut or a Barack Obama Sr. He's not going to hang around for the melt down. Ironic and revealing that Barack jr. was abandoned by his sperm donor the second getting laid wasn't as much fun anymore. I wonder if Barack Sr. Knew he was getting laid to get revenge on the crazy white chick's father? I'll bet he did. I bet he knew she was going to wave her mixed race baby in front of Dear Old Rich Daddy as proof of??????? Her desirability as a women & not a substitute son? Hey, crazy people often catch the crazy from their crazy parents. The Sins Of The Fathers. Barack jr.'s grandfather was, according to Barry's bio, a real work of art. How many people on Earth died in Obama's Wars and the Refugee Crisis because Ann Dunham's dad wanted a son & was a jerk about it? |

Well, not about that subject, anyway. It's probably wrong of me to assign any particular psychobabble to Barry the Narcissist. ( that one is easy, many politicians have that mental illness ) I don't know quite how the Missing Daddy Issues with Barack worked out, since his Mom didn't do what I see as the usual bad thing divorced and/or abandoned women do, which is tear the absent sperm donor down. That is a big way to scar your kids, and I see that a lot. ( Fathers are sometimes known to do that about Missing Moms too ) The Absent Dad Hero Worship angle Baracks's Mom laid on him is weird, and did odd things to his psyche, according to his "auto" bio. Really messed him up to discover the Hero Of The Revolution was a drunk loser who was a horrible life example.... and may, according to Barack, be the reason he tries really hard to be a good family man. ( although I think it just might be criminal to bring Children of any age into the White House ) Some of the attractiveness issues with self confident women vs. nasty hags is probably evolutionary. That Fury Face is supposed to scare you away. Just search "angry woman protester". ( I refuse to post pics ) It's the same face used by other primates, baring the teeth, simulating a tiger, the lines in the face are messages, to not mess with me! Simple. Direct. The face forms lines based on habit. Laugh lines, pain lines, anger lines, all different. You respond on a "subconscious" level to body language and facial expression, you notice those habit carved lines, even if you aren't paying attention, specifically. An open body language, laugh lines, a twinkle in the eye, ( they know you want them, and they are amused ) all spell "pretty" on a basic level. “It’s because they enjoy being a woman. And they’re glad they’re not men.” Uncomfortable body language, anger lines, closed eyes, ( they know you want them, and they Are Not Amused ) all should spell, "hands off", or "ugly". Of course, men's faces also have meaning.....

I have been known to tell grumpy people that they should smile and laugh more. I tell them "as we age, we will get wrinkles in our faces and smile/laugh lines are much more attractive than frown lines". What I see in the mirror says I practice what I preach... Z |

https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2018/09/07/rutgers- president-wants-to-investigate-professors-anti-whi te-comments/ I don't think this virtue signaling professor deserves to be fired for announcing his self hatred to gain brownie points among the insane. Not just because I'm a Demander of Free Speech. He is entitled to his opinions, and it's good to know your professor is an ego driven nut. I'd use this knowledge to demand the administration correct any grade he gave me to a 4.0 based on his declared racism. I also agree with part of his racist rant. Not the White People part, his racism, as I say above, is driven by his need for praise. The out of control children part, which simple observation shows is common in multiple colors. ( although maybe less in some "asians", but I have no statistics ) I agree that the parents show lack on discipline on multiple levels. This is no doubt a reaction to my own childhood, where such self expression, was suppressed by my parents. ( who knows how not being allowed to run around screaming in restaurants has warped my psyche? ) I wonder what trauma the professor suffered in his youth? Stopped from wrapping himself in a burning flag? Bleach bottles taken away before he could express his curiosity by drinking? Being told to be quiet in a movie? Obviously his mental illness has a readily identifiable source! And just as obviously, he will never blame himself. Ever. |

Should read, "Anti Rights activist doesn't know Canada is a foreign country" or "Anti Civil Rights mouthpiece parrots lies in ignorance" Because tomorrow Hogg will be displayed in Moscow as an example of why Russia need not fear America, while he asks Vladimir to fix U.S. Election. Someone should take Hogg to the Holocaust Museum to see how his spiritual ancestors did with gun rights removal. |

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/09/t he_european_union_would_love_to_control_your_inter net_use.html The simplest way to challenge this is to refuse to use any filtering/censorship software. Two edged swords cut both ways. It would be wise to ask the individual nations to ban internet censorship, with the carrot that that country will get a big inflow of talent & money, as companies move to escape mandatory EU demands, and reap the public relations rewards for being pro freedom. Google, with their Chinese censorship program, already has the ability to obey these nigh impossible regulations, and will leverage their power to control information to influence elections and destroy competition, to make their leading position into monopoly power..... Followed by raising prices every time you get a monopoly. |

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2018/09/venez uelas_maduro_instagrammed_on_his_big_steak_pigout_ in_turkey.html Pro dictator famous chef. A fancy salt sprinkler. Hey, dinner and a show. Turkish street food guys often get business with flashy knife work, it's a cultural tradition, ask anyone who has lived there. The slicing of meat, the finger work of spicing, presentation on a street corner can't depend on fancy plating. Food Network chefs got nothing on a kebob guy in Constantinople. ( a former girl friend served in the USAF in Turkey. She loved the food and we've been to the fairs. See also Greek festivals. ) But as wonderful as a restaurant that, with the $275 steak dinner, has the owner/celebrity chef come to your table to slice & season, it's not such good P.R. for a pig like Maduro. I thought the empanada munching in the middle of an insanely long tv rant ( a Chavez & Castro tradition. You thought Obama's self praising speeches were long? ) was a tipping point. Neighboring countries with hordes of sick, starving, refugees might agree. https://www.newsweek.com/venezuelan-president-eats -empanada-live-tv-while-addressing-starving-nation -701050 Best bet is for Trump to let the S. https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/09/t he_fiscal_lunacy_of_electing_democrats_to_congress .html Obama takes credit for things he didn't do. Like improve the economy, pump more oil, and gather the Infinity Stones. On the other hand, the Democrats spent more money they didn't have than the entire country had from 1776 up to the election of Barry. That includes both World Wars, the Cold War, Iraq, Afghanistan, and TARP. Imagine going into more debt in eight years than the previous 200. Twice. Once under Bush the Younger, with the Last Legal Budgets ever passed, and the largest ones. Passed by Democrats. To be fair, that included rebuilding the military that had been reduced under Clinton, to the point that the entire Army was smaller than the fraction of it actually deployed in Saudi Arabia to defeat Saddam under Bush the Elder. AND freeing fifty million plus people from tyranny, and killing so many AQ terrorists in Iraq alone as to change the male/female ratio of the Islamic world. Barry & the Democrats then more than doubled the debt, more debt than the entire country had accumulated, INCLUDING UNDER BUSH, the last 200+ years. Without ever having a legal budget. Simple math & past performance tells us that putting the Democrats back in power just means they will do it again. I don't think there can be that much money lied into imaginary existence. |

https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2018/09/tho ughts-from-the-ammo-line-239.php The loons seem to have temporarily abandoned the attractive pink lady bits hats for the orange Little House on the Prairie style dresses and bonnets. This represents the dystopian view of a very bad writer who has evidently never known an actual man. If she had, she would know that no man who had total control over women – except for members of The Religion of Peace and Genital Mutilation — would opt to cover women’s bodies in shapeless orange. Did The Handmaid’s Tale’s author never watch an episode of Star Trek? In THAT future, even the ugliest female alien beings have scantily clad beautiful bodies. They might have massive facial scars, scales or outsized ears, but they are thin, shapely, and identifiable as hotties, generally sporting cleavage. Not an orange maxi-dress or silly bonnet in the bunch. |

No mention of mentally unhinged women would be complete without Crazy Maxine Waters, whose incoherent babbling has been reduced lately to the single repeated mantra, “impeachment!” She has urged fellow leftists to get in the faces of Trump staff and supporters wherever and whenever the thugs might find them – restaurants, stores, gas stations. Exactly my point about the Kavanaugh whining - the Dems are complaining that the accuser (Ford?) has gotten death threats and "doesn't feel safe". Well. Neither does just about ANY Republican personality, thanks to Waters' crazy spouting and ranting. I must advise her and her minions that a very bad place to be would be between me and brunch. Especially featuring Cornbread, Muffins, Cinnabuns or other Butter Delivery Systems. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Tongue-in-cheek in this case, to be sure...but eventually, conservatives WILL fight back. And since we actually KNOW how to use our sidearms...it likely won't be a pretty situation. |

https://nypost.com/2018/09/21/people-are-furious-o ver-this-sexy-handmaids-tale-halloween-costume/ The tv show in question seems to be a rip off of a Heinlein novel in his future history series, but backwards. Theocracy takes over America, check. Women's rights erased and harem established, check, but only for The Prophet in Heinlein's fiction. Fertile women used as breeders while sterile ones are trophy wives. Wow. Utterly backwards from any conceivable vaguely Christian based dystopia. Bob wasn't this dumb. Every historical case I know of would be the reverse. Breeders would be trophies, not sterile women. See Henry VIII. Homosexuality forbidden? See modern China and Russia. Pretty much everything I read about this series points to a joyless feminazi male hating author. I could be wrong on her actual orientation, of course, I'd be an idiot to think a character's voice is that of the author. But the heroine is plainly the rebel against the Establishment, and best bet, the author avatar. It's a dystopia based on ignorance, but that's not unusual, few of us are polymaths, and a nightmare of personal beliefs. If there are any fans here, I'd love to hear how I've misinterpreted this show. Btw, utter crap can be very entertaining, award winning, and popular. Examples abound. |

https://www.glennbeck.com/glenn-beck/of-course-thi s-guy-is-connected-to-kavanaugh-hit-job The number of people who blame Masons ( who do a nice job of running a summer camp ) and the Bilderbergers ( ok, sure, why not? ) for all the world's problems and can ignore a super rich guy who actually spends money to support thugs and anti-freedom causes, may always astound me. Seriously, a guy sells 14 tons of his own gold, to drop gold prices, is a pretty powerful guy. And that's not all his gold, that's just what he decided was enough to crash the market, and he could have bought 18 tons the next day and still have enough to pay for the women to wear funny dresses from a tv show, at the Congress building. ( yes, he paid the actresses to show up and display imaginary oppression ) You can go on to point out how Soros crashed the Pound & the Ruble and made out, and how he has influence the coming crash of the dollar, where he'll make out, or his Nazi past. ( Real Nazi, not Bush Nazi ) But no! It's the Masons. And I've ranted about the imaginary oppression of a tv show I don't watch, perhaps unfairly, but where is the outrage at honor killings and genital mutilation? https://www.glennbeck.com/glenn-beck/sure-mansprea ding-is-down-but-heres-the-real-win-for-women The real gets ignored and the fake gets all the play on tv. I like beer. I just don't like hoppy stuff. IPAs are not for me. I'm a stout guy, or when its really hot and I want something ice cold and lightweight to cool myself off and refresh, I like a good lager. Like food - different tastes for different situations. I'm not snobbish enough about beers to "pair" everything...but I like what I like. |

I agree with Jim. The author complains about American pilsners, which are modeled on Czech pilsners, not having beer ingredients. Jim points out that lots of craft brews have non beer ingredients, and he’s right. How much hop is enough? Imho, people ruined the IPA. Everybody has an IPA. Hell, everybody has 10 IPAs. They make so many different kinds they have to rotate them. And each one is hoppier than the last. The vast majority of IPAs are so completely unbalanced, in a never ending quest to out-hop the competition, that I find them to be undrinkable. If I wanted hop tea, I would ask for it. By the way, I brew beer, and I can tell you that the hardest beers to make are the light bodied, golden colored American pilsners, which are lagers, not ales (there are only two kinds of beer*). Any defect shines though. They are mocked and derided out of sheer ignorance. * There are actually three, hybrid, but it’s debatable whether they actually fall into ales or lagers. |

A buddy, who, as you will see,is a Serious Brewer, has the double handicap of living in Syracuse, NY, near the Bristol labs factory. So his water sucks, ( salt lake ) and unless his gear is absolutely sterile, and his techniques suitable for clean room operation, he gets penicillin, not beer. He too prefers a clean pilsner, but his master work is medieval beers. Even with the original recipes, they didn't taste right. So he wrote to the various towns famous for beer going back to the late Roman empire, and asked for analysis of local water. He then took distilled water, added a half a micrograms of selenium, a dash of limestone, etc. to precisely duplicate the water in some village in England that has a local beer of exceptional taste...... Voila! He can now brew you a Hamburg lager, or Newcastle stout, or Pittsburgh rust ale. You'd swear you were there. Yearly Gold medals at the State Fair, ( every year beer competition has been held afaik ) are his mundane brews, but his scholarship in historical brewing is world famous. He still prefers an honest ale, and I never turn down his offer of a bottle. Other hobbies include being a Master Fencer, Order of the White Scarf, ( he beats Olympic competitors ) and 3d printing Warhammer cosplay costumes.... You've probably seen pictures from Worldcon & Dragon con. |

The author complains about American pilsners, which are modeled on Czech pilsners, not having beer ingredients. I spent a year or so dodging around the Iron Curtain across from Pils in what was then Czechoslovakia. I must admit I got spoiled. Between the true Pilsners and some of the German brews I got back to the states and couldn't find a beer with taste worth drinking. When the craft brews started taking off I found a few here and there that I like. I agree with Hoot, way too many bitter IPAs. Beer is like hot sauce, hot sauce needs to have taste not just heat, beer needs taste beyond the hops. G |
