Today is June 21. It's the Summer Solstice. It's also the first day of Summer! This is my favorite time of year. I hope everybody has a thoroughly enjoyable summer with lots of enjoyable motorcycle adventures. | ||

 ... Might go take a dip in the river before the rain and rapture happens... managed to grill burgers, zucchini and squash last nite, but it was still daylight. Yay Summer!!! | ||

76 degree dew point, 96 degrees in the shade. The air is so thick you could swim in it. Yup, I love summer in Flaw'duh. All riding is done between dawn and 10:30 or you drown/fry. Come on September!!!! | ||

Sounds like Flaw'duh and ST. Louie have the same weather! It finally rained Tuesday night and has cooled off a couple of degrees but very humid. Until then it was mid to upper 90's and steamy! | ||

...another reason I let my mom live in the land of the newlywed and nearly-dead...and I just visit at Christmas. I don't see how folks can live in FL. It's nice to visit...but I couldn't live there. | ||

True dat, Joe. I've long ago decided I'm a Tennessee boy... we get a little of everything here. In Floriduh you've got heat, humidity, flying cockroaches, idiot drivers, blue hairs, and hurricanes. I do love visiting and hitting the beach, the killer seafood, the salt air and breezes from the ocean, but then it's always good to get back to East TN.  | ||
