What makes the story above one of Democrat Party abuse? That women were told not to tell about being threatened with murder if they told anyone about being beaten, because the AG was a shining Social Justice Warrior for Party causes. Just like Bill Clinton got a pass on raping women because he was solidly pro abortion. This is not an exclusively Democrat problem. What put Jordan Peterson on the map? This is a guy who wrote a How To Succeed book, ( a major industry ) with such radical suggestions like: Brush your teeth. Shower every morning. Get out of bed every morning. Show up to work on time........... That this is a needed book says volumes about how not responsible people are. That it is controversial in any way shows how insane the self appointed guardians of Culture are. But that's not what brought Jordan fame. He said he refused to obey a new Canadian law demanding he use preferred pronouns. When people want to be called her instead of him, or zir, or whatever. He never insulted anyone by refusing to be beyond polite and not use their preferred words. Keep that in mind. No actual "thought crime" was committed. He just said the law violates free speech rights and said he would not Obey. I applaud that. Words have meaning. Changing the meaning to win an argument is dishonest. That's exactly correct. Much of the argument on the left relies on semantics...reinterpretation of existing speech or re-labeling of established norms for ideological purposes. On Jordan Peterson...I just don't get it. The "clean your room" and "straighten yourself out" guy just doesn't strike me as an "alt right" radical. I'd expect Peterson to be classic Liberal, equal rights etc. and aware of the pathologies of self delusion because of the job.
