They’re fully in season in the South. But you're not sucking the head, it’s actually the thoracic cavity. Not sure how that’s better. I eat the tails and pitch the rest. |

Red meat is fine, it's the green fuzzy meat you gotta watch out for. |

I've seen aged beef on display in a fancy Chicago restaurant, and they just cut the fuzzy green off. Not a big fan of aged beef, prefer fresh. There's some merit in drying off a slab in the fridge for a week, but I'm impatient. I've enjoyed Mudbug Cajun style, but generally don't care for crustaceans. Gator? Tastes like snake. Or Chicken. Presumably Dinosaur is similar. Waiting for Jurassic Park to clone us some. |

If gator is not tasty it is because it has been frozen or poorly prepared. It is tasty when cooked fresh and properly. Everybody thinks "tail" when you talk about gator. The only reason tail is so well known is that when you poach a gator, the tail is easily removed for a quick get-away. Try BBQ gator ribs! Did you know gators have a "back strap" too?, And don't forget the cheek meat! Gator is Lunch inna Suitcase! |

Flowers scream when picked. If you hook up an amplifier to a conductivity meter. So does shake siding when the Sun hits it, so take the above with salt. |

Consider the poor native American. He/She discovered popcorn, but it was 3000 years before they had butter. |
