Blake, I doubt that Julie is Julie. Her profile page does not match the obscene language in the postings. According to her profile, she is an MD. There is a Julie Thompson practicing near her home address. If this is the real Julie, then her patients might be in danger from a deranged person with a license. Julie is not a unique case. I'm spammed on social media by "Democratic Socialists" "Democratize US" "Occupy Democrats" and Bernie Sanders posts daily. The daily vitriol and hate spread by these people is just nuts. A few friends and family enjoy partaking in such hate fests. Join in with an opposing viewpoint and you're first condescendingly patronized, then insulted and finally silence is demanded. It's mildly entertaining but also disconcerting that people can be so terrible. They're hapless statists that demand centralized power and authoritarian control for their favored party and towards globalist concerns. Part is the anonymity of the web. You can say things that would get you a bloody lip in person. In extreme cases, jail time or slander suits. So Leftists argue with passion, without reason, with no constraints of honesty, honor, or morality. Because all those "outmoded" virtues don't win without merit. And Marxism is the opposite of merit. It's a system for control. In fact, in a horrible way, the most successful system for a small group of evil men to rule vast numbers. The secret police. Informers. Concentration camps. Mass starvation. Mass graves. All inherent in the system. Ruthless rejection of human kindness and WHY Christianity is reviled. Obvious to us not indoctrinated in dishonesty is that the argument is not, in fact, reality. It's the ad campaign to sell poison as vitamins. Marxism's Purpose is to take power from the current rulers and keep it at any human cost. The most terrifying aspect of the Long War with the Soviets was the thought that a True Believer would apply the publicly stated maxim that if everyone on the planet who opposed Marxist-Leninist thought were dead, even if only one true believer was alive, that that wasn't just a win, but desirable. While I do dismiss Julie as as most certainly harmless, it's worth noting that with very few exceptions, when there is a mass murder, and nobody screaming allahu akbar, it's almost certainly a liberal. Much like the Muslims, most at this point wont kill you with their own hands, but the hatred they all seem to share, does boil over with certain individuals. It's part of why liberals have an actual fear of someone with a gun. It's the recognition that if they had that gun, there might be a time when they act out in rage, so obviously, it must be the same with you. It's simply projection of their own personality onto others. Julie does have a release for her anger though. She gets to slaughter unborn babies. Hopefully that will be enough for her. | ||

Even if you knew Julie was an abortion doctor who sold baby parts for profit and took orders for specific organs so she could carefully kill babies to fill those orders, that would be in bad taste. Btw, completely agree on the progressive gun fetish issue. A good friend who's a serious schmiberal ( Yiddish ) has openly said he doesn't like guns because he thinks if he was armed he'd kill people. Next time you come to Cincy, we'll go to Woot's. It's a little hole in the wall BBQ joint that has really good ribs and Brisket. I haven't tried any of the other menu items yet, but I bet they're as good as what I have tasted. Greg also gave them a Thumbs Up as did his friend Mark. There are so many good BBQ joints everywhere that I'll never get to taste them all. It does give me something to look forward to, though. | ||

The local Famous Dave's closed..... darn it. Sure, a chain, but decent food and who doesn't like a feast served on a galvanized garbage can lid? Luckily we still have Dinosaur and several local rib/chicken joints. Local style BBQ tends to a citrus based sauce that I love. Country Sweet, Smitty's, ( restaurant gone but sauce lives on ) etc. I discovered Smitty's in 1975. We'd go to the Rocky Horror Picture Show on Friday nights, cruise Lake ave. Of "Rev on the Red line" by Foreigner fame, and stuff ourselves on ribs and wings and half chickens. Playboy magazine had a cartoon of a similar rib joint with the staff peering out the window at limousines with fur coated rich emerging and the caption "Damn, we've been discovered". We framed that cartoon and gave it to Smitty. It was displayed through three moves to different locations. ( Smitty, aka "Stuffy" Smith, was a boxer in his youth of some local renoun who retired to run a chicken and rib joint. We miss him. ) | ||

And they indeed sent to prison the film maker for nearly a year until the furor faded over the callous abandonment for political purposes of an American Ambassador to torture murder in public. Every detail of the true story shows deeper levels of dishonesty, callous disregard for law or decency, and the default setting of the left of lie and preach hate. Justice may never be served but we owe it to ourselves and our country to never forget how evil and dishonest Hillary and Barack and their minions are. They murder their own.... see Seth Rich.
