It's on Facebook. Just talked with Doz today about it as a matter of fact. He's planning on being back from Texas before then so he can participate. I have the date marked off as long as nothing gets in the way. | ||

Awesome, I was supposed to depart on a Jersey to Key West camping extravaganza on 15 Sept. I am in a holding pattern and really don't know wtf is going on now. I still want to go but don't know how far south I can go as my camping was to take me all along the Outer Banks of NC. At any rate...if I go and if I'm back in time I will be at The Perkins Memorial Sunday morning. | ||

Traditionally everyone shows up by 9 with a full tank, stretch and do a headcount then roll out around 9:30. Of course weather or other influences could affect the timetable. | ||

Can't help you there. It always seems to be in the Bear Mtn area and ends at a nice bbq joint in Tuxedo NY (I think) so if you look at a map and see both of those spots you can figure all around the area. | ||

End point is traditionally Round Up Texas BBQ in Coldspring NY - http://www.rounduptxbbq.com/Home_Page_1HN9.php I don't know the route, but it likely is starting at Perkins Memorial, heading north via side roads, crossing the Hudson eventually, then working our way back down till we get to the BBQ. It is a good ride and worth the trip, back in the day we had people coming as far as Rhode Island and eastern Mass. | ||

Huh.We're spending the weekend at Bear Mountain Inn.We're planning hiking the Mountain but,I think i'll bring a Buell or two.If the Wife decides to do this ride too. | ||

Hi Blake,actually the weekend is all about HH 13 but I've found a way to stay at a 5 star resort RIGHT THERE and now have separate events planned.SHE is booked 5 hours on Sunday at the Spa during which,IF HH happens i'll go for a Bike ride.Otherwise,i see some good hiking trails.We haven't booked a stay in YEARS....But thanks a bunch for the word of caution  | ||

I have a couple of the old ones and there were shirts last year, that's why I asked. Last year's shirts didn't have any sponsor print on them. This makes them much nicer in my opinion. (Message edited by Skinstains on October 22, 2017) | ||

Right now weather looks to be crappy. If that's the case we'll do the short ride. Hell, we'll do the short ride anyway even if it's sunny, to leave a little more time for socializing before and after. 10/29 Sunday, 8:30ish AM at the top of perkins memorial drive and we'll shove off sometime shortly after that. |
