Looked and sounded like a twin cam stump puller, at 2000cc not exactly the largest v twin out there. Looks sporty but didn't exactly see him crank it up.
Parade lap. I don't see how that front frame section can be stiff enough to result in a good handling bike though. Form over function. You know...unless its function it to look a certain way.
You think they put proper gears and bearings for those cams? Twinkie is weakest link! I don't know anyone that has put more than 50,000 miles on a twin-cam without having grief in the timing cover.
yabut, HD saves $4 each by using those cam bearings. Why should they care if they cause catastrophic engine failure after the warranty is expired? That's eight bucks per unit sold man!
It's not about the savings on the bearings. They save a huge amount on labor, not having to set up the Timken bearing which requires a test assembly to measure how much spacer is needed to get it set up correctly. Instead they use a simple roller bearing that is plug and play, but can't handle any side loading.
