...this guy. Whipping through stop and go traffic, revving his engine up and weaving back and forth as if he's trying to get heat into his tires for whatever decreasing radius, double apex turns he's about to get into... until we get to the red light.
What a brainless turd. |

That chain is mint. Don't worry about the tires either - that rear is good for a few more wheelies in traffic at interstate speeds. Actually, I bet this represents a good portion of sportbike riders, sad as that is. |

Likely the battery's near dead and he's trying to get as close to home as he can. DAMHIK |

That license plate position would get him a nice fat ticket in Florida in about 10 minutes. We have so many idiots like that here. They have pissed off so many people the cops pounce on any tiny thing to write tickets. |

But there are more OTHER idiots! I was passed in a 45 zone by a crossover mini van doing about 65. On the back window was a "MOM" sticker and a "pro-life " sticker. She was texting as she blew by me. That was probably a hypocrite right there! |

Yay! Another "fun" driving idiots thread... Last week I passed a girl, looked like she was finishing her hair in the car- as we passed through a turn, saw that she had one of those eyelash crimping thingies in her right hand, waiting to get that done. And, for what "really grinds my gears" lately: Our ever-wise TDOT has started a PR campaign, using the mobile message boards, "campaign" signs, and even a website, for this message- "Buckle Up Tonight to See Tomorrow." The mandatory seat belt law has been in effect since the 1980's, EVERYONE knows to do it. They're blowing our tax dollars on THAT message, instead of something like "GET THE HELL OFF OF YOUR PHONE AND STOP TEXTING, YOU AI$$HAT." From a public safety standpoint, it's on ME for MY safety whether I click my seatbelt or not. As for texters, they are endangering me, my loved ones, themselves, and everyone because they're SO DUMB as to not realize they should PUT DOWN THE PHONE WHILE DRIVING. It's demonstrably clear and proven that one of the two is a MUCH greater, more lethal problem. WHY aren't we addressing texting as a serious problem in any serious manner? Grrr! Maybe another cup or two of coffee and a bit of time would allow me to produce a harsh letter to the TDOT... |

Here in northern California, they _are_ using the message board to remind folks not to use their phones. "One text or call could wreck it all". I think they should make it flash with a more direct message like: "Don't be a murderer, put down the phone!" Someone might get offended though. |

There's a fundamental difference. Not wearing seat belts ( safety gear ) increases YOUR chances for serious injury or death. Texting increases your chances of murdering other people. ( the NY anti-texting-while-driving law is named after one of the gaggle of texting teen girls who slaughtered themselves. The later law making the text record of accident victims & perps open to police for prosecution purposes, is named after another ( male ) teen killed by a distracted driver ) Yep, give it a kid's name and you can pass mandatory suicide laws. |

Hasn't worked for Jessica Lunsford or Kate Steinle. Back to the original topic, there are so many things wrong with the bike it could make for a good 1/2 hour TV show - "How many things can you find?" The axle nut looks like it was taken off with a pipe wrench. (Message edited by Strokizator on April 12, 2017) |

Raising the forks didn't lower the front end quite enough so he let a few psi out of the front tire just for that extra "slammed" look. I assume the bike is running which means the tail light is burnt out as well. I'd expect to find a cut up wiring harness full of shorts and opens. |
