Seriously, would you hire her to work for you? That's exactly what you are doing if you vote for her. |

http://money.cnn.com/2016/07/20/news/economy/venez uela-world-worst-economy/index.html See the success of the Glorious Revolution! Socialism in action. Barry practically kissed Chavez... while Chavez mocked him. Bernie luvs the Socialists in Venezuela. The Venezuelans aren't so thrilled. |

I just had a thought. If Hillary gets elected, she won't be nearly as bad as the Hillary haters think. |

It's not important who is in office but who is pulling their strings. Donald doesn't seem to have any strings. |

Part of me has a sincere fear that regardless of how many votes either candidate gets, Hilliary will be president. The outcome of the FBI investigation (along with her insulation from her long history of scandals and body count) proves that her cronies reign-in the highest levels of government to her favor. "the world is going to hell" and either candidate would gladly drive the bus to take us there. The difference is, Hilliary would mash the accelerator, and Trump would at least ride the brakes. Give me 4 more years before my country burns, I'll vote for Trump. |

I feel Hillary will be Obama x10. For those that can't see past the liberal news headline she'll be doing great things. Those that research what the actual implications are will see this country fundamentally change for the worse. I feel like Democratic Party supporters like to stay willfully ignorant. How some people put so much faith in gov't propaganda and policies meant to basically divide and enslave is disturbing. This is the U.S. of A. If you want it to be more like the U.K., Australia, Germany, Italy, or France...go there, please. Every country has it's good and bad points. This country has always been about capitalism, a free market, limited government, and individual rights. We're going in the opposite direction and the Dems seem to love importing 3rd world problems. Mostly they lie...literally, about everything. |

>>>I feel like Democratic Party supporters like to stay willfully ignorant I tend to agree with you. Any effort to start a dialogue is met with the "I can't even talk about it . . if Trump wins I'm moving to Canada" It really showcases how ignorant some, otherwise intelligent, folks can be. I ask them to explain just one of Hillary's apparent misses and they, immediately, fly off on another subject. Try to discuss the cause of violence and the conversation is immediately about guns. Point out the damage done with trucks, knives and so forth and the logic simply has not place to land. I went to a concert last night to hear a famous old musician. During the concert he . . . perhaps owing to the weakness of an aging mind primed with heroine for so many years, had to spout out "now if Trump will just stay in Cleveland" I said loud enough for several in my row to hear . . . "well, at least he's not appearing in a ha;f empty old movie theatre in New Jersey". It's really a shame. I think Trump is a ridiculous candidate. I think Hillary is a dangerous person and a criminal. For me . . financially . . .Hillary may be better. I've learned her rules, may not like them, but have learned the "make your entire life a foundation and deduct everything" . . but, the damage and debt my grandkids will be forced to deal with is really scary. If you are making over $300,000 you'll be fine with Hillary . . . if you are one of the masses making $75 or less . . . she's coming for you . . intent on keeping your ass conscripted and on the public teet. |

I'm in that median area between $75k and $100k. I'm literally horrified by both candidates, though more so by Hillary. I still can't bring myself to vote for Trump. |

Therein lies the national conundrum we face . . . . . Quite literally . . damned if you do . . damned if you don't. Trump gets in . . . . it's going to be a roller coaster . . national and international. My only hope . . thinly held . . is that he, as a businessman, would surround himself with folks who are smart and know how to get things done without making enemies like he does. Hillary gets in . . you and I are screwed. She went from being "dead broke" to having a $20,000,000 a year income buy offering folks favors for money. She will sell your and my asses down the river in a heartbeat. Smart money is playing both sides of the fence at the moment . . . . who ever thought we'd be left to choose between 2 such patently unqualified folks. |

I'm not (yet) a supporter, but does no one here think the Libertarian, Gary Johnson, has a shot? It seems like he's got about the best chance since Ross Perot of being a serious threat to the major political parties. The guy used to be a Republican, which I think would make him acceptable to the Republicans that can't bring themselves to support Trump. It seems some (many?) of the former Bernie supporters are more-than-willing to vote for him over Hillary. Of course the conventional wisdom is "you're throwing your vote away if you vote for him" but that seems less true this year than in any recent presidential election. Thoughts? |

When her moment came again, she was put through the wringer by a dopey socialist from Vermont whose young, idealistic partisans — the people people like Mrs. Clinton like to think of themselves as — still don’t want her. They’ll take her over Donald Trump, of course, and they’ll feel a little like the man who hears: “You’re responding reasonably well to the chemo.” ....... What she actually wants to accomplish in office is a great mystery. We know what she wants to be, but not what she wants to do. And the sobering answer to that question may very well be: She hasn’t thought much about it. She wants to walk in the doors of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue as something other than a mistreated appendage of Bill Clinton, as though that action would somehow undo 30 years of abuse and degradation. When she discovers that it won’t, even the literary powers of a Tom Wolfe would be insufficient to capture the moment. You’d need Herman Melville, if not an Ezekiel: “Mine eye shall not spare, and I will have no mercy.” At least it’s an ethos. I think Debbie Wassername Shultz has done the biggest favor he could for Trump. If I were a Bernie supporter and saw the old man get used the way he did and basically played . . . for months and millions of other people's $$$ . . . as the consulate useful idiot . . . I'd be pissed. Voting for Hillary would come somewhere right behind the chewing steel wool and hot charcoal briquet in the orfice in terms of popularity. |

Laurie and I saw a screening of "Hillary's America" by Dinesh D'Souza this afternoon. All the reviews are highly negative of the film so this must be the reason why we loved it. Hillary and the Democrat Party are far beyond corruption and redemption. "Clinton Cash" is a wonderful companion piece to "Hillary's America". |

+1 My wife and I saw it this afternoon also. I hear that if the crowds are large enough they will keep showing the movie the rest of the week and the theater was mostly full. |

Virtually everyone in the theater clapped and cheered the movie. Unfortunately, 95% of the audience had grey hair. Young people need to understand that the Democrat Party is the one of slavery and subjugation a la Alinsky. Democrats have highjacked the narrative and take credit for everything the Republican Party has achieved in freeing people and economies. |
