My truck is all ready to go, I can do pickup in Scranton (or further west if needed). Danbury or Stamford both work for me, so it is up to whether Damnut wants Dino or not. Edit: I hope it is 2" receiver, I got that on my truck already and I can't find the key for the lock on my pin. The electrical port is a 7 pin connector. (Message edited by Froggy on July 14, 2016) |

Damnut you will be good. The bike should be around 650 with gear and the trailer should be around 1000 to 1200. The questionable area will be the Crusty himself. Depending on BBQs along the way! |

Froggy it should be a 2" ball, but you will need to get with Mark to see if it is a flat four connector. If so you will need seven to four adapter. Trailer places will be expensive, same thing will be at auto parts stores as well as any Wally World. |

Froggy . . . If you've got the Scranton leg . . you could start East on I-84 towards 967 Ethan Allen Hwy Ridgefield, CT 06877 We could meet at Hoodoo Brown's to discuss options . .

If I had seen that at the beginning of this quest I would have gone the 400 miles to get to the relay and run him from start to finish! That looks like some good stuff right there! |

Vern, thank you for that heads up. I've never had a trailer hooked up to my truck before, but several times I've driven my fathers truck with a trailer after he did all the work connecting everything. Court, that BBQ looks great, so whichever place Damnut demands I'll head to. |

I might have to reconsider how far I can go! Froggy, I take it you're leg #3? How about the Mt. Cobb exit off 84 just east of Scranton? Don't think there's much for food there but that shouldn't matter. If I remember there's a gravel lot on the south side of 84 there |

You know the area better than me, so if that works best for you than that is good enough for me. I'm willing to even meet you further west or near I80 if that works better. Court, PM on the way |

Hahahaha . . . we've come along way since 12:06pm yesterday . . . This is going to be fun. For those of you who just joined us in the last 6 or 7 years . . . this type of bizarre stuff is kind of how Badweb started and this is more the "SOP" than anything unusual. I've got the Bazootie Crusty made for me, and all other Buell owners, about 10 years ago and I've been meaning to do something for him. And . . . true to Badweb form . . .it it involves food . . we're pretty much there. Old timers will recall when TEAM ELVES was the only team to bring a Chef to the Bonneville Salt Flats. We started our evenings with wine tasting and gourmet meals. Motorcycles are nice and all . . . friends are special . . .but food keeps you alive. :-) |

Oh, and Zac- I completely "get" your take on the PC800... however, the BEST looking ones were the '89's, first year, when they got the 2-tone White Pearl paint- that's what I had. They were not for everyone, but HIGHLY underrated. I'd grab another in a heartbeat if I could. |

Y'all are good folks. With all the silliness going on this band of brothers is going strong. Looks like its a BBQ powered team! Remember, John has a bad heart, don't kill him. |

No; My heart's fine. It has a 21mm carbon and Stainless Aortic valve that can take a licking and keep on ticking. I was going to say that I have a good heart, but it's nothing compared to the people on Badweb. This place is phenomenal! |
