http://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattvespa/2015/08/18/ hillary-presser-did-i-wipe-server-like-with-a-clot h-or-something-n2040633 So by pretending to be a technology incompetent "just a girrrl" Hillary cements her place as a Champion of Feminism and Competence to Be President. To be fair Obama says he thinks she is competent. That's like Heisenberg from "Breaking Bad" commending someone for ethics. |

Surprise, surprise: http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_CLINTON_ EMAILS?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT "FBI says it won't recommend charges in Clinton email matter" Apparently she'd have to murder someone in front of multiple independent witnesses and then sign a sworn affidavit to the effect in order to be charged with a crime. |

quote:(CNN)FBI Director James Comey said Tuesday that he would not recommend charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state but that Clinton and her aides were "extremely careless" handling classified information. "Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case," Comey said. "Although we did not find clear evidence" of intentional misconduct, he added, "There is evidence that they were extremely careless of very sensitive, highly classified information." Comey said neither the Department of Justice nor the White House knew what he was going to announce Tuesday, and said the FBI investigation it was nearing its end. Developing story - more to come

Now we know what happened in the plane the other day. Anyone care to make wagers on Lynch getting a SCOTUS nod after Killary steals the election? |

Full transcript of his speech: https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/s tatement-by-fbi-director-james-b.-comey-on-the-inv estigation-of-secretary-hillary-clintons-use-of-a- personal-e-mail-system
quote:Our investigation looked at whether there is evidence classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on that personal system, in violation of a federal statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way, or a second statute making it a misdemeanor to knowingly remove classified information from appropriate systems or storage facilities.
quote:Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.
quote:In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
How in the flying finagle can those 3 statements be reconciled? The FBI checked to see if classified information was handled in a grossly negligent way (which is a felony), they found that Clinton and her colleagues were extremely careless in their handling of highly classified info, and they don't think they should charge her with a crime. I guess "extremely careless" isn't the same as "grossly negligent" in legal speak. |

"couldn't find illegal wrong doing". So that's what they mean by justice being blind! No I'm not surprised. Bill meeting with Lynch. Hillary using Air Force One for campaign travel. It's all above board. |

Interesting to talk to a couple wealthy folks here in Manhattan . . . they consider this, and perhaps properly, conformation that with the right friends and funds, one can be effectively beyond the law. Yesterday, as I always do on the 4th of July, I took some time to carefully read the Declaration of Independence word by word. About 60% of the document addresses the "why" component that built the case for why the Consists felt they had no choice but to sever ties and declare themselves sovereign. It, in 2016, is a scary read and sounds eerily timely. |

Wow!! Would like to say unbelievable, but sadly it is completely believable....she is completely above the law at this point. Can you say "CONSPIRACY" but that would take it being a secret and this is nearly happening open to the public....a sad state we are in as a nation. |

Ok, so her mishandling of classified documents is confirmed by the head of the FBI. We sorta knew that. I guessed she'd skate, and am incensed. Like always with a Clinton. How about the ones wiped with a cloth? 30 plus thousand felony counts of destruction of government documents? Just not voting for her may not be enough. I would normally encourage you to talk to your neighbors and point out the reasons you think another Clinton is a bad idea. however, I feel nervous, possibly guilty, about possible harm. So I’ve decided to endorse Hillary Clinton for President, for my personal safety. Trump supporters don’t have any bad feelings about patriotic Americans such as myself, so I’ll be safe from that crowd. But Clinton supporters have convinced me – and here I am being 100% serious – that my safety is at risk if I am seen as supportive of Trump. So I’m taking the safe way out and endorsing Hillary Clinton for president. As I have often said, I have no psychic powers and I don’t know which candidate would be the best president. But I do know which outcome is most likely to get me killed by my fellow citizens. So for safety reason, I’m on team Clinton. http://blog.dilbert.com/post/145456082991/my-endor sement-for-president-of-the-united-states |

I think folks . . . as the Brits were . . . would be amazed at the huge number of "invisible" Trump supporters. As we saw here today . . . . when a couple, wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat and Trump button . . . were thrown out of a restaurant and told to "go eat your hat". The mamby pamby liberals . . true to form . . were the ones who clubbed and beat peaceful protesters at Trump rallies and, to their glee, canceled at least one. I think Trump is a blooming idiot. I think Hillary is an outright criminal.. I have to vote. |

I posted the following on Facebook but it is only available to my friends. If anyone is interested in friending, then I will consider it but I purposely keep few friends. Look me up as Tom Reiner The Law no longer has any meaning in America. Faith in my country fades and words fail me as America takes the road that Rome traveled. Grand, central authority will crush and rob anyone not well connected as termites slowly eat away at our foundation. America will slowly but certainly fall and deservedly so. Our Founding Fathers warned us America would only work if she had a virtuous and knowledgeable citizenry. It is increasingly clear that we have neither. |

Lets not forget, this is the same FBI that not very long ago, set up an illegal road block, to ambush a rancher who had the audacity to protest our government. After murdering the rancher, they collected their shell casings and disposed of them to cover up their wrong doing. This is nothing but the next branch of our government that has been weaponized against it's own people. Personally, I'm pretty much at the point where I would openly support armed rebellion. This is the government that our founders warned about. |

Put it this way. The head of the FBI stated plainly that Hillary and her minions broke the law in far more than a thousand counts of mishandling classified documents. By mishandled he meant breaking the law and putting the nation at risk. He plainly stated her server had been accessed by foreign powers & thus she is guilty of thousands of counts of negligent espionage. He plainly stated Hillary has lied to everyone repeatedly for over a year. And finally, despite being very clear they had enough evidence to Convict Hillary of thousands of felony counts he would not recommend she be indicted. He was a bit vague on the reasons. Fear of retaliation by the Hillary machine?. Fear for his job now that Barry actively supports Felony Clinton? Orders from his boss? What is now certain, verified by the FBI is she is guilty and the law does not apply to her. Democrats are joyful and believe this whole thing is a case of getting caught doing 67 in a 65 zone and it's not worth a ticket. Closer to reality is she can get away with murder. We will never know how many people her criminal actions with classified information have already killed. |
