I am moving forward last second to get t-shirts made for this year. Please note that while I have gotten approvals from both EBR and LAP to move forward with the design (that I admittedly mostly STOLE from them!), this activity is NOT affiliated with either EBR OR LAP, so any issues are to be directed to me. Here you go: My goals to have them available FOR PICKUP AT HOMECOMING, THURSDAY, JUNE 2 at the EBR Motorcycles factory. To do this I have less than one week to receive orders. Orders for Homecoming pickup will only be accepted until next Wednesday, May 18th! Past that date I can't ensure I'll be able to turn this all around. Sorry! I will also be planning to take post-Homecoming orders. These will be the cost of the shirts PLUS SHIPPING. Arrangements for those will be available later. Right now I'm focusing on June 2. I plan to do it similar to how I'd done it previously: 1) PM me with quantities and sizes FOR PICKUP AT HC 2016. I will acknowledge receipt of your PM with contact info. If I don't acknowledge it within 24 hours it will mean I didn't receive it! 2) I am NOT accepting payments until Homecoming 2016 IN CASH at the event. 3) If your plans change and you aren't able to pick shirt(s) up at Homecoming, please let me know, so I can allocate your reservation to someone else at the event. I will be in the East Troy area thru Friday, but if you don't pick it up at the EBR event(s) or let me know, it may be gone by Friday. I can't be reasonably expected to carry a running inventory and costs are based on quantities PER ORDER for me, not cumulative. 4) My goal is a cost of $20 per shirt, with all proceeds (money left after expenses) going to charity. I have NOT gotten pricing info yet from my target producer, so this may change...hopefully not! 5) Shirts will be black heavy-duty t's. No other colors will be available. Don't ask! 6) Sizing will be men's sizing from Small to 3XL: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL. I'll think of the other stuff about the time I post this. If YOU think of other stuff I've forgotten, PM me or post here. Feel free (and please do!) post this info elsewhere as you see fit, but the info epicenter will here on BadWeb. I can't be held responsible for mis-information posted by others for this effort, so check here and check often! Again, sorry for the short notice, but things kinda came together that way. I'll do the best I can! Please remember: This is not being done by EBR or LAP, so do NOT contact them with questions or issues! I'll be submitting the order tomorrow (Thursday) early afternoon to be sure I can get them made up, shipped and available on time. Post-Homecoming orders will be taken when I return and will require payment at the time an order is placed. More on this later. At Homecoming, please have CASH for shirts, or contact me for other arrangements beforehand. I'm a trusting soul, but I try not to be stupid or unreasonable, either. If I really don't know you, don't expect me to grant you credit! LAST CALL!!!
