http://blackflag.jalopnik.com/this-is-how-much-it- costs-to-run-a-professional-race-te-1724802119 So I just returned from the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, and on the way home me and my friend were talking about, "How much do you think it costs to field a team in that?" So tonight, while killing some time, I decided to do some googling and came across the link above (as well as other things). Go down some, it speaks about a driver named Conor Daly and has a picture of a guy (assuming its him, as it states that he had a sponsorship deal with Smithfield Foods) in his race helmet...instantly I spotted an EBR sticker on his helmet. Then another. And I have to assume there is at least one more mirroring the side one that I first saw. So anyone know about this guy and what, if any, connection he has/had to EBR? The picture in question is the 5th down (including the top cartoon picture of a guy doing math). |

PS: I picked up a new Canon T5i camera and some glass for it (forgot my dads rig back home...), took about 2k pictures...maybe 2/3rd turned out well. Tell me if there is a particular car/brand of car you'd like to see and I'll post up some shots I took this weekend! |

An NDA would be pretty typical. It lets a potential buyer see all the details unfettered, but protects the seller against having those details go public if the interested party walks away. By itself it doesn't do much besides declare intent and define boundaries, but it also makes later ligation simpler if you can prove they disclosed something you would have preferred remain private. |

Conor is actually a buddy of mine. Lives here near Indy. I'm not sure exactly what his deal with EBR is but he did get a free 1190rx. He rides it occasionally. |

No conspiracy. The eye in their logo is taken from US currency. They're liquidators. They turn assets into cash. Makes perfect sense. |

And it looks like an A. You know, like in Asset. And it sits on an L, like in Liquid. And the "all seeing eye" is a clever logo for a company that uses knowledge of sellers and buyers to make strategic investments in liquidations and revivifications. |

Symbols used by an organization were not necessarily created by the that organization. Heck, even the swastika was stolen. Most of the symbols on early government buildings (the goal was to make DC look like ancient Greece, so it would appear to be a legitimate capitol of a legitimate country, so as to fool the Europeans into respecting us) were masonic in nature, because masons...wait for it...built things out of stone and brick. So, again, no conspiracy. There's plenty of conspiracy theory nut web sites out there. Why not go hang out at those sites? |

Alf's got it all figured out. I'll be ok because my grandfather and uncle are both Masons. The rest of you, the unaffiliated, are royally screwed. |
