Joe, hang in there. We are all here with you. By the way, here in Winston Salem, NC the locals use plate recognition. Don't ask how I know, but you can do renewals online. Kevin |

Prayers up! Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. |

Car Train prices vary greatly with the season and accomodations. Figure about $600 one way with 1 person and car. |

Back home. Made all necessary arrangements regarding dad's passing - we've done all we can, now the stubborn SOB has decided to just keep on truckin' Which is fine. The logistical part is done, anyway, now mom can simply enjoy whatever time she gets with him without the "gotta do stuff" cloud overhead. The driving part...no issue. Both trips through GA were after sunset, not sure if that helped, and cruise was set to match the truckers in the right hand lane, so people were constantly passing. Light patrol presence, I think there were maybe five cruisers spotted total between both trips. |

Would it be worth contacting the court to find out how to fix this permanently? Probably through an attorney? |

Yes. Lay it out for a lawyer local to the jurisdiction. It may take a referral since in small towns half the lawyers are judges and odds are the first guy you call is partner with the judge. Small town judges dislike big city lawyers coming in. And the local guys are much cheaper. |

, now the stubborn SOB has decided to just keep on truckin' : ) Which is fine. Joe don't blame the stubborn guy you can see. People just did what you said, Say a prayer to your deity of choice for Robert Goetz, Cdr. USN (Ret). Lots of people choose the wrong deity. I would say "The Deity" has been working behind the scenes for a long time. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. I just wanted to use the red letters. Thread title would preach. GodSpeed Stay safe Joe, I like you. |
