Guess you're not familiar with summer on Long Island. 85 degrees and up, 90 percent humidity... We've had visitors from Phoenix, AZ tell us that 120 degrees in Arizona is easier to take that 85 degrees on Long Island... :-p And, I did point out, the office to which I commuted had showers. |

I dunno I lived in phoenix for a winter and one Friday on April 24th it was 114* the ac broke and I called apartment maintenance. He said hed be by Monday to fix it. I was packed up and on the road north in three hours. I'll take 98 and humid over 120 arid any day. Just go turn your oven to 120 and crawl in. Unbearable. I'd definitely go back to winter though. It was great riding all winter long. |

This article is about phone battery charge time but near the end of the article they mention they are working to apply the technology to car batteries. Things seem to be happening quick http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-09-24/ storedot-s-one-minute-phone-charge?cmpid=google&go ogle_editors_picks=true |

"Guess you're not familiar with summer on Long Island. 85 degrees and up, 90 percent humidity..." Guess you aren't familiar with summers in South Texas. 85 would be refreshing. It's supposed to be 90 tomorrow, and it's damn near October. |

Heat never bothers me. COLD, on the other hand... Probably due to my tropical ancestry. |
