Every once in a while Greatlaker comes out with a rational, and thoughtful comment. If I look hard I could find one. Seriously. It has happened.
I like to hope that with kindness, and proper taking of his meds, that those rare moments can reach as high as 50%. I'll just say the other 50% would be credulous fool, but you get that from people who believe what the likes of Stalin or Barry the Weasel say.
Until they come up with a genetic test to tell you your kid is going to be a thumb sucking idiot who believes in mythological creatures like The Big State Nanny, or Honest Communists, so you can get him or her medical treatment, which does not yet exist, we are stuck with a lot of cretins who say the most insane things, then stick their fingers in their ears and yell Na Na NA NA NA... until you go away so they don't have to hear anything that would upset their Bliss in feeling superior to you, completely unearned.
A buddy has a wife who literally cannot listen to Bill Whittle. She starts to yell then runs away. My Sainted Mother cannot read a book about a female reporter being bugged, hacked, and her life ruined because she investigated crimes committed by Obama.
Because it says on the cover Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against the Forces of Obstruction, Intimidation, and Harassment in Obama's Washington.... and might say something bad about the God king.
She is an otherwise very intelligent women, with a long and successful career. But on Politics, She believes Brian Williams, and loves Hellary. Nothing I can do about it. I can even argue, and point out a fact, and prove it, and she just gets upset.
So if Greatlaker's problems are political idiocy, and poor med control, there is hope for him. Maybe by failing to abuse me he won't go and slaughter children at a school. I can only hope, and be optimistic.
But, I could be wrong.
You could be right.
Greatlaker could be an amoral troll, which the shrinks have figured out, are sadistic cowards. Obviously sexually repressed, and from his postings on the Miata thread, obviously with deep seated issues about his latent homosexuality.
The only advice I can give that hypothetical human waste, is to stop. Take a deep breath, come out of the closet. Forget your fears, go to the Bath house and be open about your sexual desires, and you may find like minded souls who yearn to be abused by such a manly man as you. Embrace your true nature and live among your own kind, giving, and sharing and having relationships I could never dream of. Remember the old joke. "Hit me"said the masochist. "I won't" said the sadist.
( gay guys do meet up in bath houses, don't they? That's what I read in Playboy and the LA cop novels. Most of my gay friends are gals, and they have a different dynamic. Just as nutty, but so is "normal" hetero romance. All my gay male friends are either in stable relationships, or we've never discussed how each other gets laid. Bit of a mystery to me, and I don't really mind it staying that way. )

I get annoyed by statistical liars.
It must come from years of doing numbers in fields like statistical process control, and aeronautical engineering, where interpreting the numbers wrong kills people, or leads to a business laying off all it's workers as it goes under. |
