I'm trying to get some guys to go with me to the Dinosaur but if I can't, I was thinking about riding down to the Javits Center and checking out the Auto Show after the bbq. I want to go sit in the Elio since I put a deposit on one and may never actually sit in one in my life. anyone else interested in going to the Auto Show? | ||

George, I'll be going that way to the Dinosaur, but when I leave, I'll be taking Rt. 7 north. I'll be using this run as a shake down to see how the bike handles with a full load on. I want to ride highways to Stamford and smaller roads home. The parkways are close enough to highways for my purposes. | ||

Did the oil changes this evening and my wife and I will be riding down to good ol' Stamford tomorrow morning. I will be on my Versys and my wife on her SV650S. The Buells are still sleeping. See you all in half a day. | ||

I'm sick. It started with diarrhea about 9:30 last night and progressed to heavy vomiting. I've been in the bathroom most of the night, so far. I've lost seven pounds since yesterday morning, and I'm so weak that I slept on the bathroom floor after one bout. I still want to come, but I don't think it would be wise. | ||

Sitting inside this time, eh? Don't blame you, it was still a little cool with the breeze. Glad everyone had a good time. Crusty, I was going to have you stop by so I could check out the travel monster. Instead we both had our problems. I went in Friday for a combo endo/colono scope, got fluid in the lungs during the endo and ended up with aspiration pneumonia. Went home with chills and a coughing fit and straight to bed. I did get out later this afternoon to start tearing down the bike for repair, which was the original reason I couldn't make the Dino. Hope you are feeling better. | ||
