Aren't you proud that you voted for this total loser who isn't even competent to run an ice cream stand?

We are in big trouble folks.

Interesting words. It's amazing how far we have strayed from such simple ideas of freedom.

I'm glad to see that we are doing so well negotiating with Iran. No doubt they thought that they would have gotten our unconditional surrender by now. Things are going swimmingly!

VDH understands the harm that Obama/Kerry are doing to the United States. War is coming and that is becoming clearer every passing day.

The Ghastly Shadow of Munich

"Our dishonor in Lausanne, as with Munich, may avoid a confrontation in the present, but our shame will guarantee a war in the near future."

Looking at what the US has done over the last 10 years, and what I remember and have read about Iran from 1978 - I am convinced that the student rebellion was propped up and started by some State Department flunkee - that severely misjudged the religious / secular landscape of Iran. And it went bad.

We had our puppet in charge, but he was failing in health, and moving to concessions to a more independent stance from America - I smell the foot print of what just happened in Ukraine in Iran.

Anybody that was more than 10 when it happened want to chime in ?

http://freebeacon.com/national-security/iran-accus es-u-s-of-lying-about-new-nuke-agreement/

This is the pot calling.... you know the rest.

Iran has never kept their word since they became a theocracy.

That's the problem with theocracies.

Even Saddam had to worry about keeping a lid on domestic rivals and fake giving his word in the hope that the American State dept. was stupid, or blinded by their deeply held belief that everyone was just like them. And he usually could lie to State with a straight face and get away with it.

But an Ayatollah running a Theocracy....GOD tells him he can do whatever...There's no limit to the horror that can be unleashed when someone is absolutely convinced that God speaks to them, and acts through them.

At one end of the spectrum, you've got Sister Theresa. At the other, Ayatollah Khamenie.

One gave of herself to help the sick. The other will slaughter millions of people with absolute joy if given the means.

City, Yeah, I was one week from going to my new job outside Tehran when the State dept. called me in, and took my passport, because of the revolution approved by Jimmie Freaking Carter. His State dept. morons told him the Ayatollah Komeini was a "saint" who was perfect to salvage the mess in Iran. A "saint" because he couched every sentence as a blessing of God or submission to the Will of God.

Which is how these people fool idiots into not seeing the dragons inside.

On week later, and the odds are I'd not be here to write this, since I'd have been murdered.

So I'm biased in the matter. But not like you think. I'm biased against the Carter's and Chamberlain's of this world, I'm biased against the State Dept. full of fools who earnestly believe that everyone must be just like them, and since they want to talk it out and be members of the Community Of Nations, everyone else does too. They don't, can't comprehend the evil that was the Soviet Union, the evil that is the leaders of Red China, and that an Ayatollah can tell them they have a deal, walk outside and tell his people they don't.

You can't trust leftists and islamists because both believe that to lie is to win and it works for them.

I don't believe the Iranians. I KNOW they lie.

I don't believe Obama, we all know he lies.

People are going to die over this.

"A Deal With Iran" is Obama's own throw of the dice. He can blame every other horrible result of his insane foreign policy on others, Bush gave him Afghanistan and Iraq, Previous generations gave him Putin and China, but Iran was going to be his defining moment, the PROOF that he was right and everyone else was wrong, all along, as he always knew reality to be.

So.... should we start a pool on where the first nuke goes off?

Look at it this way we will finally have the justification to end this once and for all. As soon as Iran uses a nuke game over for the crazies and when the fallout settles the civilized world can return to normalcy.

Unless, of course, China says "No". Since they get a lot of oil from Iran, I suspect they'll have a different opinion as to what an appropriate response should be.
The time to stop Iran is now, not later, and to do it forcibly but also peaceably.
Excuse me, I meant "forcefully" not forcibly.

http://pjmedia.com/tatler/2015/04/02/how-is-iran-i nterpreting-the-nuclear-deal-compared-to-the-us/

An Editorial on "The Deal".

The Iranian government has this to say about the overall deal:

In the framework of the agreement, none of Iran’s nuclear facilities as well as the previous activities will be stopped, shut down or suspended and Iran’s nuclear activities in all its nuclear facilities including Natanz, Fordow, Isfahan and Arak will continue.

These comprehensive solutions will guarantee the continued enrichment program inside the Iranian territory and according to this, Iran will be allowed to go on with industrial production of nuclear fuel which is meant for running its nuclear power plants.

And what did President Obama say?

It’s a “good deal,” Obama declared Thursday, calling it “a historic understanding with Iran which, if implemented, will prevent it from obtaining a nuclear weapon.”

“I am convinced that if this framework leads to a final deal, it will make our country and the world safer,” Obama said in a statement in the White House Rose Garden. The deal would “cut off every pathway that Iran could take to develop a nuclear weapon.”

We ought to call this deal “The Swiss Cheese Agreement.” It’s obvious that Iran is going to interpret the deal any way it wants and that the administration’s spin is geared to putting a prom dress on a pig, selling it to the press, to Democrats, and to the American people as a “good deal.” From where I’m sitting, far from putting Iran in a box, is allows them to continue dual-purpose research and does nothing to shorten the time it would take them to kick out the inspectors and quickly gear up to build a bomb.

To be fair, I'm biased. I don't believe Obama has any motive but his "legacy". Or that Iran has any motive but to bathe Israel in fire.

Obama's Legacy will be left up to future historians. If the truth is ever told, it will be a Legacy of corruption, slime and mental illness, not seen since Caligula, but , of course, I'm biased.

All I can say with any certainty about Iran, is that every day they promise to bathe Israel in fire, and Death To America.

Also Iran has been "five years from a nuclear weapon" for Twenty Years. You do the math.

Just a reminder of the Obama Foreign Policy successes.

I remind everyone again of Obama's support for the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist president of Egypt, who's minions genocide and rape gangs led to him being deposed by the military... leading Obama to punish Egypt, driving it into the arms of the Russian Empire, after decades of pulling them over to our side.

Now with Obama's "Deal" with Iran,......

Any bets in the nuke pool yet?

The Wall Street reports today are very interesting . . . essentially . . . Obama printed a boat load of money . . . slathered it all around . . nothing really happened and now we are at a crossroads.

The jobs growth, announced last Friday, is barely enough to absorb the new folks coming in every month. Labor participation rate continues to fall.

This could get good.

I join City in his concern for certain European cities . . Paris is no threat to the Iranians and, as noted in the news today, the Iranians . . in their negotiations, .. have proven they neither respect nor fear Obama or anyone in his administration. If they could strike at the USA they'd do so without reservation.

The guy has us looking like a nation of doped up college community organizers . . . . duh.

Anybody remember the 'report' of a flotilla of Iranian ships sailing around the Cape of Africa on a mission to make the American Coast ?......
1) They would be there by now
2) it was a lie to begin with
3) it was a test pilot to see how credible the 'threat' they could create.

and it failed. It is completely improbable that their Nanuchkas, Osas or Petyas could make a cross Atlantic trip.... however I do remember that 6 years ago - some dimwhit in DC had poffered the idea of NE Shipbuilders building spoofed Iranian ships - to create a incident and blame the Iranians for it.
The same shiat head wss meddling in Ukraine in 2013.
Keep an eye on this one.
....
Just saying.

PS - Russia has formally announced they will supply Iran with s-300 missiles for Anti-Aircraft; The Scud will not be far behind.
a nuke Scud ? .... quite possible.

The first time was due to the previous administration. The second time was due to the lack of a better option.

Hopefully there will be a better option from the other party.

Mitt Romney would have been an acceptable president. He had governorship as well as business experience. Despite the abhorrent lies of the MSM, he created jobs, had organizational skills, and would have been able to create bipartisanship from working with the other side.

By 2012, Obama proved that he was utterly incapable of the job yet Romney was crucified by the UVA case, Duke Lacrosse, Hands Up Don't Shoot, crowd.

Now 2016 approaches. Every single Republican candidate, EVERY single one, is far better than the criminal Hillary Clinton who has not achieved a single accomplishment as US Senator or Secretary of State. (I stand corrected if you count her accrued frequent flier miles). Airbozo, I assume you agree with these facts about Mrs. Clinton?

There was no secret that the US sold Saddam the precursor chemicals for those weapons. This is just another false narrative. The problem came to be when Saddam agreed to UN inspections after the first Gulf war. At that time he went to great lengths to hide his weapons programs from the inspectors. We now have absolute proof of that. Bush didn't lie.

The part of this story I don't understand, is the claim that the Pentagon made the decision to keep this information quite. That implies that the decision didn't come from the White House. It implies that the information was kept from the White House. That seems treasonous to me. No one seems to care.

While I believe all politicians lie to gain office, Hilary is just too slimy for me. Being in the IT world most of my career, I truly believe people in positions like hers only setup their own mail servers to avoid public/government scrutiny. I do not have all the facts on most of the other issues with her though.

Mitt seems just as slimy. Comes off as the stereotypical car salesman. I also have a hard time voting for someone who puts god before the people he serves. The citizens first, then whatever deity you worship.

I have been all over the political map since I was eligible to vote and am really not liking anyone right now.

Sad state of affairs when I feel I need a shower after filling out my absentee ballot...
