.when we lived at Lake Tahoe back in the early 2000's and i was working near Tahoe City,one of our sometimes customer was Leonard.He had a place just around the corner from the shop i managed.Was pretty cool to see him.Very low keyed,fun to talk to,even met his wife.He was the only highly known and popular person that i've met. Wish i'd of gotten to take several pics of me talking with him...oh well. He's in a better place now. No pain nor suffering.......LT | ||

"Peace, and long life." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vulcan_salute Nimoy was truly a great man. Actor, author, photographer, singer (!!!)... the Star Trek concept and franchise would have never amounted to much without "that pointy-eared, green-blooded bastard!" One of the news threads today had a comment: "So that's why the lights are on at Ceres." I've always been a sci-fi aficionado. It all started with Star Trek. Heck, I even mail-ordered a couple of Tribbles when I was a kid... True story. RIP, Leonard Nimoy. | ||
