Things are getting real close, itching to get away. I'm also wondering what the weather is going to do... It doesn't really bother me if it's cold/wet, even snowing, it'll be great to hang out with my "tribe", and make plans to come back and ride another time
Better organise some details - Michael, I've just sent you an email

Damn that's a good plan Graham, I've yet to do the hemisphere swap but it's on my bucket list.
I'll probably miss you on this trip, but hopefully another time.
(edit) Just thought, Our paths may cross over as I'm off to California in a truck again tomorrow will be there Monday. So wave at all the big blue rigs you see with Transwest on the side, it might be me. :-)
How long are you in Cali? I'm flying straight through to Atlanta but will be back there on 27.03.15.
4 more sleeps... Trying to get way too many details finished at work so people can carry on with stuff while I'm gone and keep customers happy... An optimistic plan... But I've got most of my travel stuff sorted, just a few things to do... Fish food feeder blocks... New riding jeans... Wash/vacuum the Jeep... Going for a mountain bike ride tomorrow morning to unwind...
Hey Grumps, Post a picture of your truck if you can. I will look for you. I drove for 50 yrs and still look at all the riggs I can. It's in your blood, never goes away. thx. Tonto
1 week in country and having an awesome time Flights were long but drama free. Arrived Atlanta last Tuesday night and managed to keep the little black Ford Focus on the *right* side of the road. Seeing Mr & Mrs Glitch was really great, they've been through so much. Relaxed and recovered from the travelling, but Glitch and I did manage to slip in a visit to Waffle House for lunch I hung out with them for a couple of days then headed to Buellish's place. Talking music, bikes and cars and playing a little music, and I'm becoming a fan of Blackberry Smoke Friday we mounted up and headed for the mountains! Ohhhhh, what awesome roads, beautiful scenery and great people. Did I mention how good the roads are?? The weekend in and around Suches was really good, got to catch up with some friends from previous visits and finally put some faces to some names. Me and the big red Guzzi got along just fine and at some stages I even managed to keep the lads in sight on Hwy 60 for about... 5 turns? Lol! In Nashville now for a couple of days, I'll write more later, but as always it's the awesome, welcoming, incredibly warm people who are making the trip so great
It was a treat having Graham Thursday night,I got to hear someone with a more southern accent than mine. I enjoyed the music as well, bring the guitar next time!
Took the Guzzi out this morning and it kept trying to ride on the wrong side of the road.
Hey Graham- I just read this piece, and I'll have plenty of time to get back "home" and check out the whole tamale... GOD I hope you, Tim, Jenn, and anyone else along for the ride to Nashvegas got to see this:
I've been home from a week and finally crashed back to earth on the weekend... I had an awesome time and can't wait to do it all again, possibly on a permanent or at least long term basis
I'll post up some pics later this week... It seems I have a thing for red Italians
Thanks again to everyone who made it such a great trip, y'all rock!!!
Just got a note from Buellish that he's in hospital after emergency surgery but no details... Hope he's doing ok, sending out good vibes that he heals quick
+1- Mike sure is a good fella! What little I gathered about his recent health troubles back in March sounded pretty bad- hope he gets back on track and healthy!
