Yes this is an official helmet that has been crash tested by none otherthan me in the great mountains of northern GA.! Many of you know the story, and what a great one it is. Well any way, the helmet that saved my noggin and was signed by Erik then converted into a lamp. I never turn it on as it is in a corner. Maybe someone can use it and also have a good story to tell. I might even type the story up to send with the helmet. I'll snag some pictures when i get off work. It is the blue black and silver helmet, made in about 2003. The lamp stem is a turd brown made in about 2009 or 2010. BWB always been good to me, I still feel the need to reciprocate! I have an attachement to this because of the great weekend that went with, but this is for Glitch and Ann! | ||

Us129, decreasing radius uphill left, seen the 15mph sign and I was in the 90mph neighborhood, throwing out every anchor I had. The only thing visible of the bike was the handle bar sticking up out of the dirt and leaves, broke rear motormount, bent the handlebar, and bruised my knee between the frame and the hill! Clown k, manager at Stone Mountain HD rolled a brand new XB12 out of the demo fleet and told me to take what I needed at their cost to replace it, and then the the 3% club fixed the dang thing, wouldn't let me help, guess I'd helped enough already huh!! There is more to the story involving Erik and somebody cussing the engineer "that came up with this idea", lol | ||
