Slackness has its virtues! Slackness helps ensure a continuous flow of Christmas cards rather than a single gigantic surge, right? (mailing mine right now...) Keep those cards coming, er.. going! |

Could not agree more: >>>The good thing about simple cards and letters is that you won't need to interface with anyone at the post office (i.e. no waiting in line). So with that, the address again: Ann and Dave Hare 1351 Sundale Drive Lawrenceville GA 30042 Thanks for keeping on, keeping on everyone...

"The good thing about simple cards and letters is that you won't need to interface with anyone at the post office (i.e. no waiting in line)." That would require you to actually possess a stamp. Besides,It gives the old folks a chance to get out of the house, further than going to the mailbox. (Message edited by buellish on December 18, 2014) |

If the dividing line between being an 'old folk' and 'young and sprightly' is whether or not you keep stamps on hand, I'll ALWAYS keep some stamps on hand. Sorry, Mike, I couldn't resist. With that said, USPS service is running today... So it's another GREAT opportunity to send Glitch some good cheer! I got a card going to Glitch today that I really think he'll dig, 1313 |

Going to the mail box is usually the highlight of my day! So on Sunday's (since there's no mail service) you head to Suches and the surrounding area for the highlight of your week, then? I guess the highlight of my day today was going to my mailbox to put something in the mail for Glitch. I also packed my suitcase for my upcoming trip to East Troy for Christmas and New Years, but I wouldn't ever consider packing a highlight... A hearty 'Thank You' to everyone who has sent Glitch a card, a letter, some reading materials, or anything for that matter! I'm sure that our actions have brightened his recent days and contributed to his recovery as well. And let's not forget Ann, either! Some of the Badwebbers that are closer to Glitch geographically probably still have a chance to get something off to him - I'm just sayin'... 1313 |

This was a great success! EXCELLENT!!! Glad to hear it! Thank y'all. Your tenacious - yet appropriately conservative - recovery is all the thanks I need! I would reckon my sentiment is common amongst those who've participated in any part of the Re-Glitchification process. Y'all are really top notch! As are you, Glitch! And Ann, too, of course! Looking forward to Glitch Badness! 1313 |
