I wasn't referring to sentimental value. When you look for this bike on Cycle Trader, all comparable examples are at least $1,000.00 more, so if I were planning on replacing it, I wouldn't be in the ballpark price wise. They also stole his ashes... |

For clarification purposes, I had small aluminum vial clamped to the right mirror stalk so he would always be able to go for a ride. And... hopefully keep me from being stupid on it. |

I'm not trying to argue with you because stealing that bike was a rotten thing for someone to do and it would sure piss me off. But it doesn't matter what someone is asking for a bike, it's what it eventually sells for that matters. There are lots of examples of this on Pawn Stars. As I get older and in the process of "thinning the herd", everything I sell is only worth what someone else is willing to pay, NADA or KBB notwithstanding. |
