Jaime - you are confusing the H2 (street) with H2R (race)
H2 was the flexi-flyer, H2R had heavy double down tubes running so wide the pipes went between them. The left and right cylinder barrels were swapped which gave the pipes the correct angle that you see in the pic.
The next step in Kawi's evolutionary chain was the KR750 (yes, Kawi KR750)- which in turn was put out of business by the TZ750.
The H2R (original) is my fantasy café racer. We built a couple for magazine articles in the late 1970s when the AMA changed the rules and Team Hansen was sitting on a few dozen chassis.
There are a couple people doing TRUE H2R replica chassis in Canada.
