That's hilarious . . . and PRECISELY why I scooped up 3 Gibson's in December 2013. Now . . we have Min-Etune on the J-45. I bought the SG's cause I was scared that someday I'd have to explain to my Grandson why his classic SG had 4 holes in the back of the headstock. Great video ! |

I would sooner slam my nuts in a car door than have that stupid G-Force doohickey on the back of a J-45! |

We are of one mind . . . . . I'd like to get one to play with . . . but I suspect . . .like Gibson's first failed attempt, the Robo-Tuner. . . the "new" would wear off quickly. |

I would like to give the Gforce a try. I capo all over the neck and play in multiple alternate tunings. Carrying one guitar instead of three guitars out and being in perfect tune at all times so folks are not watching you fine tune between songs is definitely appealing. |

For your application . . . . I think the G-Force would be perfect and, given the experience Gibson has acquired working their way through Robot Tuner and MinEtune . . . I'll be it's well sorted out. I'd be really interested to hear your impressions. |

I have a J45 I have been thinking about retrofitting with the G Force. If that happens I will post my opinion. Just watching the videos it looks like it could be beneficial. |
