It's different, but it's harmless. Yesterday, I was reading about a 27 year old pregnant woman in Sudan who was going to be executed because she wouldn't recant her Christian faith. Then I read about an Indonesian woman who was gang raped by 8 men and was sentenced to caning, all because she allowed a man into her house who wasn't her husband. Those are the things that I find disturbing. Who hasn't seen Bugs when they were, say, 17, and suddenly got a joke that you didn't have the background for at 7? Ren &Stimpy ( the original ) was full of political & sexual humor. He also did some adverts for a convenience store shake machine called f'real shakes. Amazing work and not all his stuff looks the same, so he has many styles. Maybe someday but I'll never do anything like my little pony. Transformers, GI Joe, He-Man (though seeing it as an adult is a different story), and the classic Loony Toons and Tom and Jerry were good. Not the kiddie orientation of US Saturday morning fare.
