Anyone hear from Reindog in the past few days. Last post I remember from him said something about the fires being really close to his house. Hope all is well. | ||

He's been in NYC . . . . while, of course, I was out west. His return may have been delayed . . . I had a flight canceled . . n to delayer, but outright canceled, on Friday and then yesterday we had a 5 hour ground hold due to runway construction back here in Gotham. | ||

Thanks for the concern. We were OK but it is disconcerting to be able to see the fire from our front yard. Ash rained on our house and cars all last Wednesday night and the smell of smoke was strong. Laurie and I have been engaged in extreme partying every night until 3AM in the Soviet Socialist Republic of the Upper West Side (New York City). Upon hearing of our impending invasion, Court wisely evacuated out of The City. We just walked in the door and all is well with our kitties and the house. | ||
