Makes sense that inhaling smoke is bad for you.
Wonder what the "new" vapor toys will bring in medical issues?
Also makes sense that smoking leads to smoking....... and that a judgment affecting drug lowers the resistance to bad ideas. Booze & tobacco have a long history together for that reason too.
That addictive personality/biochemistry bit again.

I thought the original point about the prison population was that they were drug "related" offences. It may well be the case that only 20% are in on direct drugs charges, but how many are in on money laundering, or turf war charges or RICO charges?
It's unclear, & without a lot more research I guess will remain so.
