Hitting a trigger switch from 850 meters in combat. Possible, but not sure I believe that. It's more plausible that the Svest was loaded with an unstable explosive, and a bullet impacting the explosive set it off. Whatever the story was, 850 meters, good job. | ||

My thought was that he was just trying to "retire" the guy and happened to hit the switch for the bonus. | ||

It usually takes intense heat and pressure to set off explosives, unless the guy was loaded up with tannerite  His first shot in combat was impressive. He's either real good or real lucky. | ||

urea + nitric acid. Any type of unstabilized nitro potassium chlorate and red phosphorus those are just the first ones that come to mind which are not stable and do not require a hefty primary explosive. While the explosives that WE use are extremely stable, there are a plethora of explosives which are not. |
