It's your cell phone. Could it be this simple? "Have you noticed how the mass public seems increasingly confused and irritable? A society that once operated with some degree of sanity and politeness has become largely demented and rude. Mathematical abilities are nearly lost across the population, as very few people under the age of 40 can even calculate 15% waiter's tips at a restaurant. The ability of voters to understand laws, liberties, freedom and even the structure of government is almost entirely lost in nations where cell phone towers are ubiquitous. Given this recent research revealing the negative impact of cell phone radiation of human brain function, it would be incredibly irresponsible to fail to consider how cell tower radiation alters healthy brain function and promotes confusion and irritability. As more scientists look into this issue, we may indeed find that the fall of American civilization is being accelerated by electromagnetic pollution that leads to disastrous cognitive consequences across the population." Breaking out the tinfoil. When I go somewhere that has a TV, the thing drives me nuts. I often turn them around to face the wall in hotels. I question why people have them. My phone is an electronic leash that my wife put on me. And now to the thing that irks me: 15% gratuity. What ever happened to 10%. I was raised that 10% was an acceptable tip. This world owes me a living 15%! I am just starting to get riled up. My tithe is only 10%, and that for GOD. Just where do people come off? (insert for clarification: I usually tip more than 15%) I give more than 15% to church because it makes sense to me. But, humans that think they deserve anything , no matter their contribution to me the customer, I have a problem with that. I see this "world owes me a living attitude" every day at work. I am tired of self serving people. My favorite person is a young black woman that works at the local Goodwill store. She helps people, has a good work ethic, and is very polite. I try to emulate her where I work. Then I watch people cussing the boss because he asked them to wear their safety glasses. He asked me to cover a job while I had some spare time and I had to put up with people that were upset that I was doing something that "wasn't my job". They have no problem with letting defects go, knowing I'll pick up the slack using the same tool they have but wont pick up. I'm not all that sure that I'm irritable because of cell phone towers and cell phones. I think I'm irritable from watching people steal their way through life. I do sleep well at the end of the day. I got a fortune cookie today that said,"He who goes to bed in the same day he got up is a slacker." |

I think I'm irritable from watching people steal their way through life. Amen, brother. Ecclesiastes 10:18-19 comes to mind. |

We do Slow Fred your the one who worries about what every one else does. You may want to purge your self of your being infected by self reliance. It could get you thrown out by your lib( pick your favorite nick name)handlers. The truth will set you free! Exposure to the light of truth will open your mind and heart or in case of liberals the chance to have one |

I removed my earlier post. One of the first rules I learned on BadWeb was not to respond to trolling. Brothers it was done in a moment of weakness. Please forgive me my trespass. Matthew, I give you the flip side of that, Proverbs 16:25 "There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." |

I should get back on topic with this bible twist that has moved in. I present Acts 2:38 with just a little background: The book of Acts is the history of the church under the new dispensation of Christ. It the book that has no ending. In chapter 2 the Holy Spirit is poured out on 120 in the upper room that were waiting to be endued with power from on high, and witnessed by those who had cried for Christ to be crucified. Peter calls them on it and they ask what they must do. In the 38th verse,"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." So, I would have to argue that it actually is in the water. |

The science geek in me wants to run a double blind experiment on wifi sensitivity. I have no certain knowledge that humans are not at all affected by non ionizing radiation that doesn't hit the microwave oven freqs and doesn't warm things up in any measurable way. But I also read "Waldo" by Heinlein. In an age of broadcast power a subtle degradation in nerve transmission. ............ yeah it's fiction and Heinlein was well aware of Tesla's work. He also got questioned by the FBI when he wrote of atom bombs when the Manhattan project was uber duper secret based only on open source science. The new technique for burning radioactive waste was "invented" decades ago by him too. I wonder if the guys who developed it read it first in his stories? I bet they did. There are people who claim high sensitivity to radio....... I just haven't seen a study that convinced me. That doesn't mean it's not real just that I'm ignorant. |

There is no doubt at all that playing Xbox & texting all day instead of living is bad for you. So...... later. Back to reality & physical work. |

I think people are simply lazy and stupid, and the "modern age" gives us/them a chance to hide behind "technology", and not put forth the effort to be smart. One of the guys in one of my bands gives me constant shit because "you don't do anything for us on facebook". I don't do anything for ANYONE on facebook. I'm too busy living life in the REAL WORLD. I guess I must have missed a priority-shift memo or something... |
