I have not seen bare pavement on a 4 times a week run up to Wawa and Duberuilville Ont since Nov.picture this week out of my office window

It's kind of funny. It's election season and they can't get their signs stuck into the ground. I saw one guy who stuck his signs in the snow. It rained hard for one day and they all fell down. We're a week and a half from the primary election and there's almost no campaign signs anywhere. I'll let the readers decide if that's a good or a bad thing. |

I got the first ride of the year in today.
A little 20 minute jaunt on the Useless and then I had to take a 3 hour power nap to recharge MY batteries.
I can't wait until I don't have to worry about each dark spot in a corner possibly being a patch of ice to slam me down on my head. |

"patch of ice to slam me down on my head" haha..but not funny, really, because you know that's exactly what will happen! be careful everyone, on the other hand it's just not worth "that".
We're having another storm here on the Oregon coast.. warm temps but torrential rain and some flooding (someone needs to build an ark?) and 40-60mph winds & I suppose it's coming "your" way, sorry. Thankfully I took lots of video footage from last summers rides to get me through PMS (parked mtc. syndrome, lol)
Forecast is for spring-ish conditions next week... we shall see |

It's weird alright, I'm drinking coffee in the sunshine here, we've had maybe 2 days of light snow all winter.
Hopefully mother-earth will reboot over he summer & normal service will be resumed. |

Car buried. Deck has 2+ feet of snow. Yard was 90% clear of snow last night, now entire world is white. Getting dressed to go shovel.
Only 6 more months till spring.
( If I'm pessimistic, I'll be pleasantly surprised. If I thought spring was here....I'd be very unhappy. )
Hope to find shed with Cyclone sometime in April. Maybe May at this rate.
