I like how it richens the fuel mixture and gives you 6% better fuel economy. |

Wow! 15% hp & mileage gain! If I combine that with the sheet metal "swirler" and some gas tank magnets................. Plus my Browns gas generator..... Oh. Crap. Won't fit the Cyclone. Never mind. |

Real world the $500 Bully dog for my VW actually will deliver about 7% more power. That's not bad. I may buy one some day. |

Not in the winter. I got more torque than the roads can handle stock. Stock 140 hp 236 lbs/ft. I figure a bunch more torque will just start breaking things in order of weakness. Ok, maybe another 10 hp would be nice.... What would propane get me? As to the toy above.... a badly tuned engine could actually get an advantage.... if the stock program was for lean operation. So if you had a poorly designed/programmed fuel system that was set up to meet pollution standards, incompetently, ( like a lot of early ones ) it would give you some more power. and a better running engine will give you better mileage when you are not goosing it, so it's conceivable that this toy could do both. On which fuel injected lawn mower I don't know. Won't do a darn thing for a Buell except make it run rich. |

I do not own a diesel, so I haven't researched the gain. Guy I used to work with drag raced a diesel pickup on the weekends. I thought we were enthusiasts. He told me it was good for about 50 horse on his truck. I think he had the truck near 800. Number wise, that may work out to about 10 for your app. Like I said, I have not researched it. Does Bull Dog make a kit for propane? |

Propane injection is akin to adding nitrous to a gasoline engine, though I do not believe it is actually a catalyst. http://www.dieselperformanceproducts.com/faq.html |

Thanks. I think I'll hold off for a bit. A propane heater for the Sportwagen would be nice. Do I need different magnets for a diesel fuel tank? |

Same magnets. You will need to upgrade the focusing ring for diesel though. |
