Regarding the note about being careful with the old design belt, wouldn't it be wise to scrap it and put a new, latest design belt on for reliability? Also, the work involved in getting the idler pulley bracket of makes me think I ought to put some Never Seize on the studs next time I am working there. |

The belt is the latest model. Only we recommand to handle it with care and don't bent it they are very sensitive for bending. |

I've got the Gates belt. After they got it right the belt is a good one. It's got over 30,000 miles on it now. |
