Nice! Good on ya! Benchmade makes a lot of nice knives. It's hard to choose just one. |

I have the mini-barrage. The regular barrage was a little to big for me. Sweet knife with a thick drop point blade and 154CM steel. Made in oregon also. Really like the AXIS lock and assisted opening features. |

Hey Zane,
The quick answer is no, I have not made a purchase yet. Truth is I'm wanting two or three Benchmades, and it's a tough choice.
I'm pretty sure I'm gonna end up with a Barrage for EDC. You can find a number of great deals for the Barrage. But I want a Rift and a Contego as well. If the Rift was assisted opening I'd go with that hands down. Based on some great reviews the Rift is better for EDC than the Contego, but the Contego is such a sweet knife I really want one.
There is also a Kershaw, the Junk Yard DogII I have my eyes on; which would go well with a Barrage as a two knife carry system. I've definitely been bitten by the Blade Bug! I'll let you know as soon as I've bought one! |

Yeah, it's tough to make a decision. I tried out several benchmades and like them all. It's just that the mini griptilion was the one that spoke to me. You'll find the one that's right for you. |

Well, I got a bid in on a Barrage, and have My eye on another if that falls through. If I'm able to get it at my bid price, I Might be able to pick up a used griptilian or used Rift as well. |

Well, I bought a knife 
It's a Benchmade Rift. I lost out on the Barrages, but did win a used Rift. I'm pretty excited to get it, and am hoping it's what I'm looking for. At the same time, I'm still gonna keep an eye out for a great deal on a Barrage. |
