I could have pulled the trigger on a Speed Triple today. It was a special edition of the standard speed triple with matt finish and a fly screen. This is the first matt finish bike I have ever liked the looks of. Oh well |

No photo needed for me. It's a great looking Speed Triple. If you need photos, you really need a trip to your local Triumph dealer. |

I'm all about the matte finishs. I really liked the matte blue 636 that was out a while back. |

I've always felt that if they put that engine into something that is as light and handles like the Street Triple they'd have the ultimate streetbike. How's your credit lookin'?

This Matt has trouble finishing some projects. ... but not all of them. I agree on the 636. Sexay. This speed triple is the one I want. Love the green!!!!!

Being a professional painter.....MHO goes like this.....Matt never finished anything, but he saved a lot of time and money on shiny clear coat and buffing! I'm just not into the satin - matt look unless it is on a truck frame. A well finished vehicle with nice lines to show off should be glossy, deep, shiny, smooth clearcoat no matter what color. What a shame to hide great work under flat finishes. I know, I know....."put your opinion in one hand and your azz-hol in the other, see which hand gets a grip on something". |

Etennuly that is the way I have always thought that paint should be shinny. I was surprised that I liked the looks of the bike I think one of the reasons the bike looked so good is the frame was not flat black also. It was almost the same shade of blue as the 08 1125R's were. Up till now when I looked at Matte finished bikes I always went euu. |
